Was on time but ensured I wasn't under pressure ensuring I hadn't left anything behind.
We detoured from original destination to pick up important medications adding km and time to the trip.On arrival John refused the appropriate(not metered) extra fare stating if it was helpful to me the set fare stands.
Brilliant service,friendly,great conversation and in tough financial times due to COVID an old fashioned way of putting the customer first.

E.I have just spent 3months not being able to drive as I broke my ankle. John and his team of amazing Ladies where a godsend. I have a 4yr old and was in a moonboot an on crutches for the 3months they provide a car seat, they helped me get us and our bags to the car and out. They help getting into daycare and me with my stuff to work. They made everything easier. They are not just a taxi they are the real thing a full service. The kindest most amazingly beautiful people and I would have really struggled without them. Thank you John, Trisha an Trudi you provided the best service care and assistance I have ever had from an transport company if I could give you 10 out of 5 I would. Thank you😊💖 you really are the best !
