Safe and The Best Transport Option in Queenstown. They charged us fixed price of $150 from Rythm & Alps Concert to Queenstown Central while Unbranded Private Fake Taxi Drivers were Quoting $500 for straight drop off and $600 with two drop offs. Bloke who drove us was very friendly and didn't charge us a cent for multiple drop offs despite being very busy New Years Eve. I wish I could give them 7 stars. I wish Transport Minister who changed the Transport Legislation had used his brain.

The service was very good. It felt quite expensive though. A trip to the airport from town incurred an initial $9 surcharge, plus another $5 surcharge meant a 10 minute trip cost $44. I'd be inclined to seek other options next time.

Queenstown Taxis saved us! We booked an uber ride to the airport days in advance. The uber driver cancelled literally at the last minute. There were no other uber drivers around. In a panic I called Queenstown Taxis, and the driver, who was really lovely, arrived within 5 minutes! We can't thank Queenstown Taxis enough! Merry Christmas!

What great service we got from Queenstown Taxis. We were a group of 5 seniors who could walk anywhere down hill and we got about a lot. At the end of the day the shuttle would collect us and take us back to our hotel in quick time and at a reasonable cost. Brilliant service thanks.

Queenstown local driver Jfrank2 was prompt, knew all the backroads to get me to where I needed to be faster avoiding congestion and was so knowledgeable pointing out all of the local sights—kinda got myself a inexpensive tour of Queenstown just via taxi, gave me best dinner recommendations that I don’t think I’d have known about if I hadn’t of been in his cab, stokeddd, thanks man! Have his card for when I’m in town next too 👍🏻

From booking through to delivery a highly professional company. I utilised their total mobility vehicle for a specialist moving job and was assisted from beginning to end. Amazing service. This taxi company is the busiest in Queenstown, honest, reliable, don’t overcharge and fully staffed call center. Usually you wait ages to be connected during busy times, these guys took care of our taxi booking during peak times with no hassle. Locals go to company. Drivers are polite and helpful. Really amazing staff! I've taken many rides with this company over the 4 months I've lived in queenstown, and they have never been anything but polite and friendly, and the wait times were very small. When I lost my phone in one of their cabs at the same time as a mess with my flight bookings was going on, everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful getting me my phone back in time for my next flight. Highly recommend!

Avoid the cars with just the taxi sign they are a total rip off this company is the longest serving in Queenstown and a lot cheaper than the other cars. So look for blue bubble or corporate cabs. The other taxis just turned up in Queenstown to rip people off. Check the price before you get into any taxi. Perhaps the negative reviews were not actually the blue bubble sound to me like the cars with Taxi and no brand name.

$48 (+ $2 card fee) for a 8 km ride from cental Queenstown to Airport. When the taxi arrived it had $5.5 fare + $8 extra on meter. Felt pretty costly. Driver BEN34 was very friendly though. Wish there were more Uber cars in the town, as we couldn’t find any available ones (at 12 noon) via the app. Would suggest using the Bus for $10.

3Nov16 Taxis are not the same everywhere. My wife and I used four Queenstown Taxis cabs in four days in Queenstown and they were all very good. Knowledgeable about the Queenstown environment, tourism and local economy with personalities ranging from wry sardonicism to irascibly observant. We didn't magic-up an Uber car although we heard that there are some in Queenstown and this time, we were happy to rely on traditional the local cab service.
