Nice service driver rang me moments later from ringing the 0800 number to let me know he was 8 mins away which was nice as it's my first time flying into Rotorua and didnt know taxi numbers there. Luckily I googled taxi and this company came up. Thank you for driving me safely to my hotel

Great service from the guys here, was quite intoxicated and they still took great care of me in insuring I arrived safely to my home.

Taxi arrived within 3 minutes, he knew the route really well and got me there in less than 5 minutes in morning rush hour traffic. He was really friendly and helped me with my bags :). Well Done Rotorua Taxi 👍

Rude taxi driver, didn't know the area and was very aggressive when we wanted to offer directions. Refused to look at the location on google maps when we showed him!
