I recently bought a vehicle from Rachel at CMG Taupo. Absolute asset to the company. She was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. She knew all the history about the car, and every detail. The car was perfect for what I wanted. After purchasing the car, I had a slight issue with it. I took it back, and the issue was fixed, no questions asked. Amazing service from Rachel and their service team. Based on Rachel alone, you will have a repeat customer!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel with the purchase of our Everest and a trade-in. Rachel went out of her way to be knowledgeable, helpful, was quick to answer questions which we appreciated being that we were purchasing sight unseen from Christchurch. We arrived at CMG Taupo today and the car was everything Rachel said it was and more. Hubby is loving the drive South as we head home, tho trying to find out what all the buttons do. Had an issue with my ranger cutting out when driving it. Saturday morning rang central motor group Taupo, hoping there service department was open to see if someone could look at it. Spoke to a lovely young lady Kim on the phone, told her what was happening, and she said bring it down and we will have a look at. Landon and mark looked over the vehicle and found what the issue was. They were able to fix the problem with no hassle and I was back on the road again.
