I wished I had booked with this company first and foremost, it would've saved 2days of stress, hassle and check up Charlies. This company's service was absolutely wonderful, from phone call to drop off. I was gestimated a cost over the phone for a wheelchair van and although the meter read differently after drop off and pick up ☺ our driver stuck to the quote. Thank you Henare, awesome service, on time , very friendly and professional. My sister enjoyed her day out at the Marae, from the home. Nga mihi for helping to make that happen for her. So happy 👍

The taxi driver made a mistake by taking my mother to the wrong bus stop (he was advised that I-site was closed for the day but this wasn’t until 11 and my mothers bus was at 10 at i-site). As a result she missed her bus and was disorientated (has slight memory loss). We managed to get her booked on a later bus 3 hours later. The taxi company were very apologetic and gave my mother taxi rides free of charge, and even took her to get some lunch and paid for it themselves. They also waited with her while she waited for her next bus! I would like to say thank you so much. Highly recommend this company. Very caring and accommodating. My mum is happy.

Would like to thank Kumar (Kumar 82) for his excellent and thoughtful service! I was struggling with Taupo in general but Kumar really saved my holiday, he went above and beyond just driving to the destination, he gave really useful local advice and even helped to take my pics at the Huka Falls. Really kind and compassionate
