We booked one of the buses for our group of 12 right when we got off our cruise ship when we ported in Tauranga. Our driver was Dave and he is possibly the nicest man ever. We had our own agenda as we wanted to visit a hot springs and he accommodated us and made suggestions such as where we could also visit. He could have made his job easier and just let us tourists go to and from without knowing what was there in the area but he went above and beyond and brought us to see a waterfall and kiwi farm where we bought delicious kiwis. He provided us with so much information and made the experience so wonderful. The problem with cruises is that sometimes you dock on shore and you don't get to see much, but this was not the case here thanks to Dave. Thank you so much Dave for your kindness and it is so clear that you love being around people.

Work for them for 3 years. Most of the time it was very good, but some events made me leave. Owners are very nice people.

Excellent tour. Paul was very knowledgeable and put everything into our Rotorua tour from Tauranga. Recommended. You can buy your tickets from the Tauranga isite when the ship berths.
