J.Our driver/guide Kelly was fantastic. Timely pick-up/drop-off, great conversation and lots of knowledge about Waiheke Island as he drove us around. We had a lovely time on Waiheke Island for the day, and having Kelly as our driver/guide was a key part of that. To other visitors, I would suggest booking via email to have confirmation of details at hand (I had called ahead via phone).
S.Our Waiheke day trip was amazing all thanks to Steve, our driver and the team from Waiheke Executive Transport! For my partners birthday we decided to visit a few vineyards on Waiheke for the day.
We booked with Waiheke Executive Transport a month in advanced and their email communication was outstanding! Unfortunately due to Covid-19 some vineyards were having to close/reschedule due to staff shortages so our itinerary kept changing. The team at Waiheke Executive Transport were so incredibly understanding and adjusted our itinerary with ease.
Steve met us at Kennedy Point for pick up and even personally walked us inside our first vineyard to ensure we met up with our other friends. As he drove us around the island he explained a little bit about the history of the area and other places we should visit on our next trip over. He kept us punctual all day and ensured he always let me know exactly where he'd be to collect us.
I highly recommend you book with Waiheke Executive Transport, knowing our transport from the ferry and vineyards was organised ensured a care free day we could all enjoy. Thanks team, we can't wait to return and see Steve again!!! :)

E.Very reliable and professional service of taxi's, from Matiatia Warf to all Island destinations. Special and small tours can be arranged directly to the driver or pre-booked for 4/6/9 and more up to 35, groups of people. Fixed fees or by the meter on average with the local taxi and transport passenger traders. Highly recommended for an out-standard experience around Waiheke Island Paradise.

b.We booked a Wine Tour for a group of 18 for my birthday.
They had the most reasonable rates that I could find and communication via email was fast and efficient.
Our driver Simon was full of knowledge and extremely accommodating to the experience we were after.
Simon was a great driver with great yarns, the bus was clean and tidy and pick up/drop offs were prompt and on time. We couldn't recommend him enough.

S.We had Waiheke Executive Transport transport our guests for our Waiheke wedding in October 2019, and we couldn't have asked for a more reliable, prompt and easy to deal with transport service!
They were detailed in all the responses to my (many) questions, and they made sure that everyone arrived on time to the big event and got home safely afterwards. We could not recommend Waiheke Executive Transport highly enough!

S.I enquired with a few taxi providers via email and Executive responded immediately. For those complaining about the eye-watering charges, taxis are expensive on Waiheke full-stop because there’s always going to be a demand. Executive are no different but based on the quotes I received, there are other companies charging more.
What I can say is that the service is reliable - we booked 3 taxis throughout the day and they all turned up on time. I really appreciated that our first driver Sam gave us a heads up that a $4 fee applied if using EFTPOS and pointed out the (Westpac) ATM machine at Matiatia Wharf.
Our large group had changes to our itinerary throughout the day and found it easy to call up and modify our bookings - everything went without a hitch.
Our group wanted to visit a few wineries and found our taxi charges came to $120 total. While this is an exorbitant amount to pay for 3 rides around 15 mins duration each, its the same price as what a wine tasting tour would cost per person.
S.I used Waiheke Executive Transport for a large work event and they were wonderful. We had a very strict time schedule and they were on time for every stop and super accommodating if we needed to adjust anything last min.
I now use them for personal transport every time I go to Waiheke. I would highly recommend their friendly, professional and punctual service.

Thanks for picking us up at the ferry terminal yesterday and taking us around a few vineyards. Our driver “Geoff” was a mine of information, and he certainly knows a bit about red wine. He took us to several places. Some just for the nice view others to taste some of the best wine on the island. Lunch on Onetangi beach was also a great recommendation.
