T.I have used this company about 10 times in 7 years and have had absolutely first-rate just superb service from them. Several times bikes have been moved for me in lockdowns, several times from the South Island. They've always been cheaper and easier than flying and riding home (flights/petrol/ferry/time-off/work). Always helpful, pleasant, professional - Jocelyn is really great to deal with - kindly, well-organised, no-nonsense - which you need to be to deal with us male bikers!
A.Spoke to them via email over the last weekend of march to send my motorcycle to Palmerston North from Auckland , prompt reply over email and phone to confirm booking date advised of delivery date after Easter but was delivered yesterday buyer was happy to have the motorcycle safe and sound. Friendly staff thank you Jocelyn & Scott who transported the motorcycle. Will definitely use your services again. Happy Easter.

A.Great experience. Prompt reply to my initial enquiry and to all correspondence leading up to the pickup. I can't remember the driver's names (Sorry guys) but very friendly and professional. Pick up was on time and the bike was loaded, secured and covered, so I knew it would be well taken care of. Delivery was within the time advised and I was kept informed of the arrival time. Would highly recommend. 👍👍

C.Bought my first bike, shipping from wellington. Spoke to Jocelyn over the phone and she kept me updated as I needed to know the exact date it was coming in so I could get time off work. Bike came in pretty quickly took a couple working days days to get it picked up shipped and dropped from Wellington to Auckland. When it was in the trailer it had a soft cover and all. The prices are by far the cheapest but the service is great so theres no compromise there.

My bike was well secured in their impressive covered in trailer, specifically designed to transport bikes. C.Great service, great communication, moved a bike from Whangarei to Warkworth. Both parties were phoned the night before and on the day Scott phoned to say he was running a bit ahead of time. Very happy, would certainly use again should the need arise. Nice people to deal with all round.
