D.Used Green Cabs twice today and the service both times was excellent. Both rides were booked using their brilliant app. The first one was booked the day before and I got an email confirmation immediately and then a text when the driver was close and another text when the driver arrived. The second ride was booked for ASAP and it was great that I could track where the driver was and was also provided with his mobile number. This driver was super. I was feeling really unwell so I couldn't be bothered giving him directions for a faster route via back streets and was prepared to sit and chill in rush hour traffic while he took the main streets. However, he took exaclty the quick route I was thinking of, and even a detour that avoided a huge queue of traffic. Will definitely use these guys (and their app) again.
K.First time using Green Cabs Auckland... general pick up at airport... what a driver, from the moment I caught his eye David 311 what fantastic, i cannot speak highly enough of him. Professional, smiling, happy, engaging... knowledgeable and nothing a bother. On our return I booked Green cabs and requested David 311, he arrive exactly on time with a big snail and first name greetings... Keep up the good work Green Cabs - David should be given a commendation!! Kevin
