I booked a cab to pick me up at 7am the following day and used Kiwi Cabs' telephone booking which was fully automatic and easy. At 6.55am the following morning I received a text to say the cab was there. And as I stepped out of my house cab was waiting and took me to my destination using the best route. Perfect service.

Just managed to fly back from south island. Bus times restricted due to covid. Waited only for 15 min at agreed pick up place. Driver was wearing face mask needless to say trip was fast due minimal traffic on the road. Very pleasant young man

Made booking for elderly lady waiting for taxi at Kilbirnie Taxi stand unfortunately cab turned up cancelled straight away no hassles

I was treated with respect felt very comfortable with their service, will be happy to use them again

We took a taxi with Johnny the Kiwi Cabs driver to the airport. My Dad left his camera in the taxi and only discovered when we were checking in. We rang Kiwi Cabs but also thought it might have been lost elsewhere so started ringing locations where we’d been before we had to fly. Then, Johnny the Kiwi Cabs driver turned up in the departure lounge, looking for us to return the camera!!!!!! We were absolutely astounded and so pleased to see the camera again and so grateful at the effort made and customer service, we will always use Kiwi Cabs now, they are great!! Thanks, Johnny!!!

The best service - dispatcher was incredibly helpful and the driver was a star. My sister had to get the railway station to catch a bus north, the traffic was particularly heavy and they were running quite late. The driver took her the fastest route and against the odds got her there and on the bus. He even put her bag in the baggage hold on the bus. Its this kind of service that keeps us coming back :-)

Impeccable Service! Wellington is not one of our favourite cities, we've met a staggering number of rude & stuckup people in general & in the service industries, which is absolutely appalling - not the friendliest city. We wont be returning to Wellington if we dont have to. Your drivers however offered impeccable services over the four days we were in town. Especially the driver that goes by the name 'Duca 1' and the gentleman that dropped us off from the airport to city (sorry I did not get your name). The best people and very friendly - you saved our 'sour-ish' Welly trip. Thank you, Sirs! Wellington definitely need more people with your drivers attitude.

Excellent company, oh my word Called them up to pick us up And as soon as you hung up your phone, the taxi will be there I don't understand how they get to be so quick, it's like magic They come to you faster than any fast food place serving you a meal Drivers are very friendly, they recommend you where to go, where to eat, what to look for, etc Very pleasant experience, thank you very much Cheap fee too, A +++ Will definitely be using your service again if we ever pop by to Wellington
