B.Standing around waiting for 15 minutes when there are plenty of taxis around is frustrating. No indication of how long the taxi would be even in the middle of Wellington.
The driver was pleasant and managed to beat the traffic by taking an alternate route.
s.Used them twice in one night. First was as expected, got us there on the most direct route, pleasant driver. The second cab that we got in wreeeeeeked of smoke, almost unbearable, glad to get out.
J.The usual good service level. Clean car. Good, safe driver. Optimum route to our destination. Just a bit grumpy about the $2.30 surcharge for using debit/EFTPOS card...weird!

J.I've never had any issues with WCT, apart from overly chatty drivers (shush! I'm tired and focused on my phone! Lol) When I call, they always arrive promptly (unlike a few Ubers I've had!) and when I finish work late at night in the CBD, there are always a couple conveniently waiting at Midland Park. Majority of drivers are professional and most cabs are fragrant! OK, a minority might not be fluent in English, so you just speak clearly and calmly until they understand where you're going - no big deal. One chap apologised for listening to Classic Hits and turned it down - had to insist he turn it up again haha! Tonight I left my wallet in the back of a cab; cue panic and stress. Despite the driver having logged off, young 'Kyle' (I think) at the depot promised to call me before the end of his shift - and at 9.30pm he did! Panic over - thank you Kyle and kind driver. Good job WCT. 😊

Really really good to be a returning customer to Wgn Combined. It might be an extra $2 a fare -- I'd rather have one less coffee a week, but enjoy the professionalism, less hassle, LESS COST (just try to ever get a false-fare reversed from $LA or U!%ER !!)

B.Have just spent 3 days in Wellington during which we used a combined taxi on 5 occasions. All the drivers were very pleasant and knew their way around the city. A big thank you to car number 27 for dropping off a parcel to our hotel we left in the cab. Well done.

F.I wish to provide feedback on the Driver RAJ871. When we came back from overseas on 1st Nov at midnight, our flight was delayed and we got held up at Customs, this driver waited for us for about 1 and a half hour. He didn't complain at all. He was so nice and professional. When we requested to add an additional drop off, he was able to contact his boss and satisfy us. We wish to say thanks to him and we will definitely book your service again in the near future. Thanks RAJ871 driver and combined shuttle for the pleasant experience!

J.Caught the taxi from the rank outside Te Papa to go the airport and was driven by a very friendly driver who took us there in a car that was clean tidy well presented and you felt comfortable to be in. Pricing was reasonable or much cheaper than in Auckland and with paywave in the cab it made the payment part of the transaction simple and easy. I would be more than happy to catch one of these taxi's again.

S.On a recent business trip to Wellington I used this service several times and found all drivers very professional and helpful. But on the last day they went above and beyond when I left a bag in the Taxi and they ensured that they returned my bag to me at the airport in time for me to catch my flight. Cab 357 very very expensive (46paid) for the way back BUT the price remained high .. 2 stars
By cons the second taxi (cab 357) taken for the return was "wrong way" and I paid more than 2 times the price of the go which is really amazing. So the whole note is 3 stars

Par contre le deuxième taxi (cab 357) pris pour le retour s'est "trompé de chemin" et j'ai payé plus de 2 fois le prix de l'aller ce qui est vraiment étonnant. Du coup l'ensemble de la note est de 3 étoiles
