J. B.OMG !!!!! These guys all went way above what I expected. We were holidaying from the North island driving along the senic route when our car acquired a puncture. Pulled over to call AA for help, when a Neumann's vehicle pulled up to ask if we needed help. I cannot speak highly enough of Darrin and his mate they changed over to the space saver and found the correct size of tyre for us. So all we had to do was go to Neumanns to have the tyre fitted and balanced Richard at Ashburton was so professional and quick..we were soon on our way again. We are in the hospitality business and we recognise great service when we see it.. this was exceptional!! Well done lads!!
