L.First off my apologies to employee. I arrived in foul mood due to flat tyre. I was rude for that I apologize yes employee accepted my apology after I settled down. Then they proceeded to inspect tyre only to discover I needed 4 new tyre as front tyres bald. They did excellent job very thorough. Happy customer will be back
A.Great guys, great job!
We took our car for a service and they did so in less than an hour.
They also cleaned the plastic cover for the front lights (not sure what's the name sorry) And they did that in less than 10 minutes and now they look as new!!

After having issues with another branch who refused to check my tyres after a sensor warning came up on my BMW.
The team told me to come on in and they would slot me in around their busy day.
I didn’t have to wait, they got straight into it.
After another branch told me they don’t have time to check all four tyres due to a sensor warning and to go to BMW and get the sensor fixed..... these guys found the reason and fixed it without issue.

C.Friendly staff and really quick service. Even though it was Easter weekend the two guys on were dealing with all customers on site and had a friendly attitude.
b.I arrived without an appointment. They replaced both front tyres , (Goodyears) and realigned the wheels on my Honda Jazz within an hour for 551.50 NZD. A minor service check thrown in and all tires tarted up with tyre black. Pleasant and efficient to deal with. Recommended.
E.Already made appointment n discussion with call center staff (which was great). It was merely a get in, identify and confirm my requirements, make the change, pay and off I go. Smooth as. Not exactly the most welcoming or friendly reception (may be because I was the last appoint b4 closing)!!

j.I went to a couple of places to get a pressure check but they told me they would charge 20 dollars but the young bloke at beaurepaires told me its always free you shouldnt have to pay for air. Never seen a guy so happy to be at work. Great conversation. Id recommend this place 2 everyone. Im definately coming back to get my michelin tires in the next couple of months.
