And Five stars goes to you Bridgestone Parnell. Johan Claassen is a true Legend and my Favourite. You are N1 for me since 2016 when for first time ever I came to ask you for services. You are always do the right thing, great advices and suggestions, amazing customer service approach, great offers, outstanding technical services. Always exceeded my expectations and standards and I am really fussy and demanding, but loyal client. Strongly recommending.

Location is 6 Quay Street - no longer on the Strand as of Jan ‘22. Amazing service every time - always polite and work fast to get your car back to you.

Excellent customer service — Johan and his boys were friendly, responsive and worked hard to get my car and tyres sorted as soon as possible! 11/10 customer service. Well done!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, did the job the same day (even though I didn't have an appointment) and completed within 5 minutes of the time they advised. All around excellent service.

Fantastic service from the team, Cobus took the time to show me the cracking in my tyres and gave great information regarding suitable replacement tyres, normally I would have a second opinion but I was comfortable enough to go ahead. No booking required, this was even better as I was sorting my warrant. I loved the fact my car came back with clean tyres and my alloys - an extra service that made my day. Thanks so much!

This is the place to be when you need anything done to your car. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced and my car is driving wonderfully. 4 new tires and I'm feeling safe and not over charged!! Will be back for my services and anything else I need. Thank you!

Great team of people and service. They are pro active and found a couple of things that needed to be done to my car as part of their safety check. Important when its your car, but even more important when its your wife or childs car. They treat the car as if it belonged to one of their family which is the trust you need.

Brilliant customer service - I had a flat tyre on a BMW i3 which are hard to find tyres for as they are like motorcycle tyres. I gave Bridgestone Parnell a ring in the late afternoon after being unable to get an appointment at my usual dealer until a week later. Bridgestone didn’t have it in stock (unsurprisingly) but they were able to get the right tyre in the next morning - and they had it installed in a couple of hours. Faultless and the price was cheaper than the dealer. The last time I had to get tyres replaced at my usual dealer it took 2 days so props to Bridgestone! Cheers!

I had great experience with them in the past. They offered free wheel change for me. I’ve done it twice. This is a value added service for them. However I got a text saying my next wheel change is due. I made an appointment online and nothing happened. No text confirmation?

I called the store at about 11am on a Saturday because I had a bubble in one of my tires, they said I could come in at 12 and they would give me a free assessment. They had a special to get a 2nd tire for half price so they managed to change both front tires and also replace my spare. I was out of there by 12:30. I was given great service and was very happy with the entire experience. Would definitely come here again.

Absolutely fantastic service! Extremely friendly and helpful. The guys took their time with me to make sure I was happy despite their phones ringing off the hook! A real quality service, very impressed.

Turned up with a slow flat as they were about to close on a Saturday afternoon. They whipped off the flat and put on a new tyre in minutes; booked me in to rotate and balance the tyres on the Monday. Great service! I can't speak highly enough of them.

Went in yesterday without booking - I thought I had a puncture as my tire kept losing pressure. The store Manager was very friendly and upfront. After extensively looking over the tire, no puncture was found but they did find some gunk along the bead of the tire, cleaned it and and set me on my way. They also had a warm waiting room and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine there, which made waiting pretty comfortable.

Always great service. They often have buy 3 get one free deals. I drive a Range Rover and their new SUV tyres are awesome. Half the price of the European tyres and last longer and look as good.

In a time when the quality of customer service is decreasing, and with concerns about the quality of service I'd receive from purchasing a GrabOne, I am very happy. Excellent pre service over the phone, and on the day. Appear to be thorough. Also provided a courtesy car. Will return if and when required, even though I am from West AKLD. Thank you!

The mechanics here are great to deal with. They always do the job quickly and I wouldnt hesitate to go back to them for future work. Thanks guys.

I got a set of new tyres and a wheel alignment done, no problems, and at a great price. But they forgot to do the WOF check despite it being written on the job sheet. The counter service was a bit slow as they were extremely busy. I'd go back there no worries.

Had my car serviced on Tuesday of this week at Bridgestone Parnell. The service included 4 new tyres, brake pads and rotors. A brilliant and timely job well done by a very friendly & helpful team who went the extra mile. Couldn't have asked for better and it feels like I am driving a new car. Excellent customer service. Hashim(Store Manager) is very helpful. I was offered a clean courtesy car and was kept informed during the course of repairs.

This is the corner dairy of tyre places, twice the price of a conventional tyre place but open for a bit longer than any other option and conveniently just down the road. Service is good tho.

Its a great place for Car services and tyre services. Great Customer Service and timely service delivery. I would highly recommend this place. Specially for Uber drivers as they can get discount on their Momentum Card

I have used Bridgestone The Strand 3 times over the past couple of years and on each occasion, I have found them to be an extremely professional and knowledgeable bunch of guys. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Very fast and helpful! I stopped by and someone came outside straight away to help me. Got my tire pressure checked and topped up and on my way again in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!

Had a flat, guys were very friendly and professional got me back on the road in 20 minutes. I had to get a new tyre and they had it in stock. Awesome experience.

Called in here today Thursday 16 August 2018 to get my nitro in the tyers checked, excellent shop staff and service, have used these guys in the past and always been happen with them.

Great to deal with, low pressure, all round customer service

Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, they are flexible and great to deal with, they not only do a great job but their prices are very competitive. I would recommend 100%
