A.Great customer service. I have used them many times for my tyre needs and mostly satisfied.
However, they failed to find a puncture this time and replaced the valve instead. Can't really complain too much as there was no charge.
Went to another tyre shop and they found the leak within 5 minutes.
A little disappointed as the hole was pretty big and not that hard to find.
N.Highly recommend awesome service, shop manager Gareth is a legend. Had issues with a different mechanic who returned a vehicle without properly repairing it. Took the car to Bridgestone who helped sort out repairs with Pit Stop next door less than a week and car was back. Friendly, Trustworthy and reliable.

N.Here's a business that cares about customers. Gareth and team are efficient and good communicators. Although changing the tyres was simple, an unexpected issue unrelated to their workmanship arose and they stuck with it until it got solved. 12/10 would be coming back!

K.Awesome guys in the Westgate Bridgestone, they didn't have 4 of the tyres I needed but no problem, they did a quick run to their Kumeu shop to get one. Tyres fitted, wheels aligned, bit of cheeky banter and when the waiting room was closed because of Covid they brought a chair outside for me to wait while they finished. Sweet deal too. Only sad I'm moving to WGT so can't get my next lot of tyres from Westgate Bridgestone. Cheers guys!
