T.We have been sent there by a different tyres outlet that had done our wheel alignments which resulted in the cruise control and ESP becoming inopertional. Naveed and his team were able to solve the problem by calibrating the board computers to the new wheel alignment and everything appears operational again. Thank you.

( not like some rip off c**ts) and they always explain what needs to be done in a way that someone with not alot of mechanical knowledge can understand. Couldn't recommend any hire I never go anywhere else and have been loyal to these guys for years! If you haven't tried them your missing out!! Get in there!!

S.These guys are SIMPLY THE BEST. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful team. And their workmanship is impeccable. I have tried quite a few mechanics before these guys and I've never been this satisfied. With my new car I come to only these guys for servicing and WOF. They use the highest quality Castrol oil and unlike many other shops they don't take shortcuts. Prices are reasonable given how well they do their job and i got a very good deal on my tires. They have a nice lounge to sit in while they take care of my car. 10/10 would recommend.

m.I got recommended to this place by my cousin. Went and got my car serviced. Very great and helpful staff and trustworthy. I have been to many mechanic shops and mostly been scammed by them. Would definitely recommend these guys as they use high quality products.

M.Had a problem with my Honda CRV central locking system. Went to a few mechanics for a quote and they all ranged from $500 to $800 based on JUST listening to the sound. One person even gave us a quote of $600 over the phone saying that it was a very common issue with similar models. However, Naveed gave us a decent loaner and called up the next day and gave us a few options to fix the issue. Our problem has been resolved for just under $300 with warranty. Workmanship and client rapport is exemplary. Would highly recommend Naveed and team.

M.Got my car from here a few years ago and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever had! It was in excellent condition, fuel efficient, fully serviced and groomed. Have recently had it fully serviced again from them, had my battery replaced and my wheels rotated, balanced and aligned (all at affordable prices!). The guys at Direct Tyre & Auto always do an incredible job.

M.Today I went there for changing two front tyres, they gave me a great discount, very professional service and done a great job, but when I get home and find out that my hood was open, this is a very big mistake, if driving on motorway the hood definitely will popping up and cause fatal accident.

Feels like i'm driving a brand, new car!
We urgently needed our tyres replacing after a flat tyre in the weekend, and Directional was the only place we rang that had 19" SUV tyres in stock.
Hubby rang and booked our car in for the same morning, told them I had a small baby and needed prompt service. To be honest, I didn't really want to drive 30mins to get our tyres done, but hubby said they would do a good price and had good reviews online. They deserve these good reviews and more!
They took the car in straight away and I was driving away on four brand new, wheel aligned and balanced tyres one hour and 15 mins later! (that includes taking the baby in and out of the car and paying!). Clean and tidy waiting room with comfy couches which was handy with having the baby with me. Every staff member was polite, smiling and just lovely!
Highly recommend, and worth the drive (we live in Sandringham)
