Great service, good price tyres, and they have a big range in stock and the guys know there stuff! Always happy to help, very prompt at getting you back on the road in no time, the after sales services is top notch with questions you have, plus they do wheel alignments! Great friendly service. Fast and efficient and even returned the repaired Tyre back on the car and placed the spare back in its place under the car.

Brought 4 new tyers. Fair price good service fitting them. A few days later i phoned back when i had time to get a wheel alignment done. I was told that their equipment could not do a wheel alignment on my 2014 car as it was not capable for some reason. I am siddapointed as they take the money for the tires and now I am trying to get some where to do the allignment as they are not so keen as I did not buy the new tyers from them. Get things up to date the guys working in there are good but the boss should update the equipment to keep up with what the customer needs.

Very good deal on tyres. The reason I did not rate 5 stars because they ceased the free rotation service for the tyres purchased there.

Bought 2 new Hankook tyres. Dave sourced what I wanted and called me back to let me know when it was available. Fitting was quick. Good idea to go for a walk while they do the job, and price was really good.

last saturday morning I took my punctured tyre to a nearby West Auckland Tyre shop and was quoted NZ$300+ to replace 2 front tyres with new ones + wheel alignment . I know about cars/tyres a lot so I wasn't pleased.. Followed my guts then drove to Discount Tyres Glenfield. Met David, told him i have no booking but he didn't hesitate within a span of 3 mins he took the punctured tyre off my car's back compartment, pumped air then found where the hole is. He then told me it can be repaired for just $30 bucks, I could come back when its ready just wait for his call. When I returned, they were still busy but he knows his stuff so well, within 10 minutes he pulled his alligator jack out then loaded the wheel to my car. I own 3 cars and because of his exceptional service I told him I am definitely coming back. Thumbs up to you David!! - John (Massey Area)

Grateful that they would check my tyres as it is no longer possible to get assistance at petrol stations and when trying to do it yourself the attachment is more than often broken.

Excellent service and great prices, tyres ordered in the morning and were available the same afternoon, fitted balanced and alignment done all quickly and cheerfully.

Had a ruff day, running late... then a flat tire. The staff let me use the Jack and brace to swap my tire over as in was pouring with rain. Cant thank you guys enough! Amazing staff. Next time I need a set of tires I know where I'm going. Thanks again.

Great service. These guys are awesome.

They do have good prices on tyres here, but the customer service and the job done could improve. I've bought tyres here twice in the last month. The first visit took about an hour for two tyres at a time they weren't very busy. A little longer then I'd expect for 2 tyres. I found a few days later that most of the wheel nuts were very loose. The second visit I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. In fact it took an hour twenty this time. The young guy there was easily distracted from the job at hand, starting conversations with other customers he wasn't serving. This led to him failing to replace the center caps to my alloy wheels. I'd almost driven off without them. Luckily I'd spotted them on the garage floor as I opened my door.

Had a good experience from this company. I had a flat tire, & they did the job straight away. The staff, & service, were great. Would definitely recommend this place too anyone. Thanks alot. 😀😀😀

I see them today about my car and they try to check the wheel balancing. spent 30mins and said the wheel balancing is fine, and recommend me to see a mechanic. i was surprised that they wont charge me anything even though they spent time 30mins on it. They said they did not fix anything, . i am very grateful for that. i have been to many places and charged for the time they spent even though they didn't fix the issue. I will definitely go back to replace my tyres. Thank You

Tonys Tyre Service quoted us $155 for a mid-range tyre and $89 wheel alignment with a 2 hour wait, these guys quoted us $129 and $69 wheel alignment with a 15min wait. You do the math.
