Eden Tyres and their AA Service were too solid yesterday. Can honestly say the guys I dealt with yesterday had the best customer service in the business. They were friendly and didnt muck around. We had a flat, they didn't have our tyre in stock but rang around to find us one, drove and picked it up and tyre was changed in no time. Man the cheapest we've been charged since having these tyres. And some good advice on when to expect to purchase the next set of tyres too. Extremely happy with the amazing service. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks again Eden Tyres 💯

Awesome group of guys, got a flat Tyre on the way to work showed up within 15minutes and put a brand new Tyre on and was good to go! Turned out my other front tyre needed replacing so they easily found time during the day to replace this one also and do a wheel alignment. Highly recommend these guys friendly and fast!!!!

The mechanic thought there was a slow puncture; Eden tyres didn't find it, but they swapped back and front tyres around, all for nothing. Also, I had them once on Saturday morning for a puncture and they were quick. Thank you.

Don't usually provide reviews, but thought some of the previous ones sounded unfair given I received a really good service and the majority of other ratings are high. I bought a Grabone Voucher - for only $29! Where else can you can get a wheel alignment for that price in Auckland - especially central Auckland?!?!? Even their normal standard price is very reasonable compared to others I had looked on the net. I was able to book in my car for the alignment within a week and for a time on the weekend - early Sat morning hassle free. I turned up knowing what was wrong and why. They told me it would take half an hour. I came back within that time and it was done and they had identified and corrected the problem. The staff were nothing but polite and pleasant. Would 100% recommend them and will use them in future. Matt

Had my wheels aligned today. The gentleman who looked after me (forgot his name) was very approachable and nice. He also offered advice on what I will need to do in the coming months service-wise. Happy with the service and will come back soon. Thanks Eden Tyres!

Excellent Service. Called Eden tyres this morning after buying a grab one. They not only accommodated my request for a wheel alignment on a short notice they also rotated my tyres at very good price all with in an hour of my call just today. Highly recommended. Fast superb service. Thanks guys

Got flat tyre during rush hour on the way to work went here to get them fixed. Fast service about 45 mins & cost me $387 for 2 replacement tyres & wheel alignment.

They are kind and quick. Just one thing, should have mentioned about GST excluding when I asked tyre price. I did not know it is excluding GST... Anyway thank you.

Here is my honest review about Eden tyres in Auckland, I was treated akin to a queen and they rendered the quality service that I really wanted, my wheel alignment was fixed and also I got two tyres in affordable charge, therefore I’m satisfied with their service.

These guys have saved me a few times over the last year (I've been a bit unlucky in the tyre department). Fantastic service, can't thank you enough!

Update regarding our two visits to have the punctured tyre fixed. Vedran the owner of Eden Tyres came out to our place with a mobile tyre repair kit and examined the tyre thoroughly again, found a second puncture on the same tyre and fixed it on the spot. It could be a puncture that was missed in the first two visits or a completely new puncture after the tyre was fixed. So far the tyre seems to be working fine since Vedran’s visit. We are happy with the outcome, and thank you Vedran for taking the initiative to resolve the issue, very polite man :)

Eden service was second to non for me, spite of long queue, their service and approach to me and the rest client i saw there was very friendly, I'll come back when ever i have anything to do with my tyres or buying Tyre, they went beyond and check some area of my car i did tn even pay for. i wanna recommend you guys.

Their rates are high, like others charge 20 for a flat tyre but they do 30, perhaps near cbd everything is expensive. Service is good though.
