Super casual and friendly guys, took the time to help me understand the tyres, even helped to get rid of some rusts on the rims ... all Operating like clockwork! Very happy. Definitely recommend them.
P.I have a Range Rover Sport (don't judge me haha). These guys sorted me out with 20" AT's, at very short notice, a day before xmas 2021. 110% service, price unbeatable, done 4000km's now on Northland roads, and the tyres he recommended are awesum. cheers Phil.

Z.Owner was a little rude when I simply asked if what he was doing was going to charge and if so how much. He said (jokingly I assume) he would hit me if I asked him questions while he was working on my Tyres. Think he gave me a good price but I really didn't appreciate how he came responded to an innocent question. 😕

M.I sent an online request to every brake and tyre place in Blockhouse Bay, New Lynn, Glen Eden, Kelston and Henderson. Craig's response was unique in that he showed that he actually cared about the problem I was experiencing. Turns out he cares about his customers and his staff too because they all seem to reflect these same values. They seem to enjoy what they do and it's such a pleasure to know that you are in good hands and they will take care of your needs. Effortless customer service and care.

G.Good service but was not quoted for the add on for tyre removal cost charged by the council. Make sure you ask that everything included in your quotation. I think other companies could do better on price but Glenburn are good on service.

L.Great service at Glenburn by Sean, we had a challenge with the air suspension of our campervan which was leaking air. Sean went out of his way to find the problem, come up with a good solution on how to solve it, source the required materials himself by driving over to a supplier and fix it for us. Even though they were flat out and this wasn't their usual job, on a hard to get to spot, he stuck with it and we were very happy to have it fixed finally after others had tried before. Thanks!!

c.Been going to Glenburn 23 years, dont even ask Craig for a price now: Ive taken in everything from tractor to lawnmower tyres to the latest massive Pirelli low profile runflats. Nothing is too much trouble and on many occasions I am sure they have lost money because of unexpected labour costs. Dont bother shopping round just give them the go-ahead you wont have any regrets.
