Had no appointment and had a flat this morning only to be told from another mechanic shop they couldn’t help me because of my mag wheels. After I had called through Corey had advised me the person I had went to was not doing his job properly 🤦🏽‍♀️ They told me to go over and they’d help me out so I did. Was absolutely happy with the communication & humble heart Corey and his team have to take in another person and help me out even when they were already busy and only had 2-3 people on shift. Absolutely grateful you actually took the time to come and let me know every step of the way what was happening with my car. Super sorry for adding to your workload, but I’m super grateful for you & your team 🙏🏽 You guys don’t know how important you guys are to the community! Thank you for also breaking it down knowing I knew nothing about what to do & expect as it was my first time coming in alone to get my car fixed. Thank you for everything!! Really appreciate you guys so much!! If anyone is looking for mag wheels & tyre services, this is the place!! I had no appointment. I just turned up hoping to get advice as I had rim damaged that failed my warrant & was advised by my warrant place to go to Mag & Turbo Manukau. Thanks to these guys for checking it out & then telling me it's fine. They wrote a report up for me & I was able get my warrant. Awesome service really thankful.

I had done my wheels change with them sometimes ago. Recently I had a tyre puncher and air keeps going though I had topped up couple of time. Also, I left my wallet at home. Prior to going there, I made a phone and inform my situation. I can transfer the payment online either ANZ / Westpac. Then simply, the gentleman asked me “have you done the wheel or tyre change with us”. Once I said yes, to them response was “It’s free / no cost involve, come after 12.30pm”. How good is that. Very few people looked after their customers after sales done. He would have simply charged me as I don’t know as such service available with them. It reminds me to go for them if any work in the future. Their “Goodwill gesture” to be appreciated. Thank you once again for your brilliant service.

Not gonna lie. Service was a bit average. Saw one of the young dudes roll my car forward too much and making contact with the curb. (Manual car) but I the value for money was there. Just need to speed it up boys

We were recommend Mag & Turbo Manukau by a couple of friends. We spoke with Darren about what we wanted and we ended purchasing wheels and mags which transformed the look of our 350z. He was knowledgeable and patient which was awesome. All the staff were so friendly and well presented. We've used these folk a number of times. They are friendly and helpful but importantly; they also really know their stuff. A few years back our Toyota MR2 had a steering wheel 'shimmy'; these folk were the only one of four vehicle service companies who correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem!

Just want to say Brad and his team did an incredible job on my little Toyota Vitz! Been to many Automotive places and have been judge for my lack of knowledge but the team at Mag & Turbo Manukau sat down and help me understand everything I needed to know! Managed to end up buying a set of primo mag wheels and was stocked with the barrister service from one of the management team up stairs! These guys go beyond 5 star service. Had a major blow out on the way past on the motorway and walked to another tyre shop near by. They couldnt help but dropped me off to these guys. Arranged a decent tyre brand, fitted and even dropped me back to my car on the motorway in Friday traffic. Went back and got the other three done the next day. No dramas and really reasonable prices. Thanks guys, much appreciated and highly recommend.
