Dealt with Daegan (i think) when I came here. Calmly explained what was going to be done, how long it would take, and what results I could expect. Also they have a free feature where they send a video of their inspection of what the condition of your shocks/brakepads are like when they take the tyres off. He nailed the balance of offering (almost regrettably) additional covers, warranty, promotions after the service without being pushy. Appreciated that, good sales service should be credited. Transparent, helpful, patient, easy. Coming back here (even though it's out of my way) for future tyre-related issues

Amazing service after I had issues with my vehicle from their Papanui branch. Area manager John is the man! He's wealth of knowledge and amazing ambassador for Tony's tyres. He looked after my vehicle and sorted out the issue without any sweat. Mt.wellington is their new branch and the whole staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I got my Toyota Blade’s wheel alignment there. Staff if very confident and informative. Branch manager Jeet is very helpful he helped me source a panel beater to fix my cars tailgate. Most neat and tidy tyre store I have ever seen. Very competitive pricing, and quality service. Highly recommended.

Took my punctured tyre (slow leak) in to get fixed. The guys told me that it was irreparable and that I would need a new one and that I really should just get 4 new tyres. He told me they were a new business and he'd do me a great deal for them (the same deal as advertised online). He was persistent even though I said I couldn't afford over $1000 on tyres at the drop of a hat when I was only expecting to pay for a repair. I sensed something was off so declined. 2 weeks later I took it to our family mechanic.. he fixed the tyre for $30 and said they have probably at least 15000 km left in them before they'd need changing. Lesson learned. They have however followed this up and called me to rectify this situation and acknowledge their wrongdoing, which is why have amended my stars. Good follow up service thanks.

Thank you team for coming through last minute for me! Woke up to one semi flat tyre and a total flat tyre so my morning was havoc. Dropped my car to the team and Jeet was so kind to arrange for one of the boys to drop myself and one other customer to work as we were within the vicinity. Went in with a friend as his tyre on his BMW got punctured and were taken care of right away. Tyre was fixed for good price and all wheels balanced. Been to the Newmarket branch as well one time for when one of my tyres got punctured and have to say they are good at what they do. Highly recommend going here for all your tyre needs

Called them for a quote to compare. Was told wasn't able to give me a quote because it it was important whether it was a directional tyre or not and to visit one of their shops...which defeats the reason why I was calling the first place. Sounds like the clerk was trying to give me a quote based on a written guidebook rather than actual hands on experience unlike the other places where the 'tyre mechanics' sound like they were an expert in the area. Recommend them to probably upskill their staff to be more of subject tire expert...
