Took my car for a full service and WoF. Aakash, Uday, Yaaseen all were extremely professional and told me exactly what the car needed without trying to oversell anything. Efficient service and simple to the point communication. Had a nice waiting room with a soda dispenser as well! 10/10 would recommend :)

Manager Aakash was very helpful and respectful, He's the one you can trust on, I booked in for tyre replacement but during the assessment Aakash said that you probably need not to replace it. They might can fix it and he go beyond to get that repair done. I strongly recommend this place for any vehicle repairs.

We had such a great experience on Saturday! The staff were incredibly friendly, They did such quick work and had a wonderful tidy little waiting area for you with a hot chocolate. I had the best experience and customer service at this branch of Tony Tyres. Have to say that the guy I dealt with - Aakash, explained the options in depth and gave the right advise without any pushy sales. I always felt in control and he guided me in making the right decision. My car is driving so well and never realised what a world of difference well fitted quality tires make. These guys truly are the experts when it comes to tires.

Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff! Pricing seems competitive, but would be good to have mechanic trained in hybrids too, so a "full service" can be done. Would also be great if team check if they need any special tools for car before you leave too - needed to return to drop off a lock nut which had not been identified as needed when car dropped off. But other than that, very happy.

Car wouldn’t start and had it towed to Tony’s Hillside Road Glenfield and it was repaired and I had a full service completed same day too as it was due within the next week. Also had tyre rotation and alignment and balancing. The contact I received throughout the day was impeccable and Arkash kept me up to date advising cost and additional requirements eg spark plugs along the way. Great service and although the final bill was quite expensive - the Part alone was almost $400 - I know that Mazda would have charged me at least another $500. This is the third service I have had and very happy with everything.

Totally friendly and informative. They put my car on a hoist to diagnose the problem and gave it a test drive. The mechanic explained to me the fault. No charge for their time also. This is the place to go for anything tyre and wheel related.

I went there for a free wheel rotation. Then I got asked to pay for a wheel balancing which I was told was necessary. Wasn't intimated of it earlier at all, hence didn't feel right and contacted their call centre. They quickly gave a voucher for a free wheel alignment. The staff at the Glenfield branch responded very well and felt apologetic for the confusion too. They accommodated my request very well and gave a top notch service. Overall experience was great and the customer service was top notch. Will recommend them highly. Appointments are highly recommended though.

Great service from Akesh and team. I highly recommend this worshop to anyone looking for service or repair work. In my experience of taking a vehicle in for a wheel balance and alignment I was informed of what they would do prior to the work commencing so I fully understood what I was paying for. They also detected an issue outside of the agreed work and gave me advice on what options I had to fix it. The commination was outstanding and service friendly and professional.

Aakash himself jacked it up and then proceeded to show us that all 4 tyres had perished side walls and cracks hidden in the treads. He then spent the time showing and explaining the dangers of bad tyres. Aakash sat down with my son and went through his budget and best tyres for his purpose, we left with 4 brand new tyre and a awesome spare and most importantly, educational advice on safety and caring for his tyre. Look for Aakash if you ever come here. He’ll take care of your car for sure. He made sure I was informed on everything they were doing with the car and that I was comfortable while waiting. I even took my wife and mother and they didn’t mind waiting in the nice waiting area. 10/10 customer service and light years ahead of other establishments I’ve visited to get wheels aligned and balanced. Would gladly recommend to any friend.

After a mare of a start up at Albany with my car not having a wheel locking nuts adapter in the car, the manager at Albany arranged for my booking to be transferred to Glenfield so that I could go to the European garage to get the wheel locks sorted and then on to the my new booking at Glenfield TTS. It took so long at the garage that I had to go back the next morning to TTS at Glenfield but they squeezed me in before their first booking of the day then dropped my car in at the garage so it could be serviced and warranted as it was booked in for first thing. My wheels had been cleaned by TTS too! What great service and a real 'can do' attitude! I have to say I was well and truly over the car by the end of the day and their whole attitude of being so cruisy and helpful and nice really saved my day. The Manager Aakash was very knowledgeable and respectful person. I asked how long it would take to do my tyres rotated and a balance and a wheel alignment, He said about 45 minutes only, because Manager himself take a charge to work on my vehicle, which gave me enough time to have my breakfast down the road. Came back right on 45 minutes and sure my car was ready and waiting with shinny tyres :) I'm very particular about time. Hence, it's a great experience and will be back again.

Nervously, i been there after seeing few Google reviews to get my flat tyre fixed, Manager Aakash out there is so welcoming and honest, he literally explain me everything that I need to know about tyres and importance of wheel alignment. Service and honest advice is appreciated because they don't rip you off even if you got no clue for cars. Even if you did'nt book it in, He still managed to squeeze you in and prioritize your job in efficient manner. I bought tires on Line from Hyper because of price and ease of fitting. This is the second time I have bought tires from Hyper and turned up and there were no tires waiting to be fitted to my Smart Two (rear of photo).......previous purchase was my RX7 and I had to wait, but I was NOT happy. I got in touch with Tony's at Glenfield. The tires were as well priced as the online ones I ordered from Hyper and best yet they were at Tony's waiting to be fitted in 2 days of the order being placed. You DON'T have to shop on line to get a great price! The car was fitted while I waited. Staff were courteous and friendly. The fill in manager from Henderson was especially nice and very professional. This underlines my need to shop and support local. Thanks Guys!

Your man Aakash is the man for your store at Glenfield, bearing in mind there are at least 10 other Tyre fitting places within 1km. He's super friendly, very knowledgeable and most of all honest with his communication, you sense a great customer service and satisfaction from him, & the best part is, without even asking, he quickly initiated a complementary automotive check as well. I'll be definitely coming back for my rear brake replacement. Worth getting my tyres replaced here.

Got tyres replaced last weekend. This is how Iwould sum up the whole experience Estimation- 3/5. I was given an accurate estimate for the service and I was briefed about all the inclusive services. I felt the price was fair until I turned up for the service. I was told to get wheel alignment done and that would be an extra. Fair enough. But being an amateur about car service like I suspect a lot of other customers, I could have been informed about this during estimation as it seems the next logical step after tyre replacement. It ended up costing me 190$ more than the estimate because I opted for the 5 service package. Also, I was promised that tyres will be rotated in each service which will be free which is why I opted for the 5 service package. Customer service - 4.5 /5 Aakash was very attentive and helpful throughout. Although it was a bit of wait, I didn't mind because I could see the staff working very hard to complete the service as soon as possible.

I've used Tony's for several years now, for a couple of different vehicles over that time, and their prices and service are great - sometimes there is a bit of a wait during popular times, but never excessive (pays to book in rather than just turn up). I just recently used their free puncture repair service, I had a slow leak due to a small nail and they were able to fix it no problem :-)

Hard to get a car park. You might be booked but you still need to wait a while at times, even left once as they forgot about me and I had to go. I think theyve forgotten my free tyre rotation as well. Great prices with tyres though even beat bridgestone with firestone tyre prices. They work really quick as well.

I highly recommend the service at Tony's Tyre Service Glenfield. I had recently had a shock replacement at a branch of another national sercive franchise and the mechanics there did not tell me that both of my strut boots were torn and needed replacing. When I brought my car to Tony's for wheel alignment and balancing, Jake showed me the torn boots and took the time to explain to me why they are necessary to protect the shocks. I felt that he showed complete concern for my safety, and went the extra mile when he could (like the other service, who will no longer ever work on my car again) have just completed the work I asked for and not told me about the torn boots or bothered offering me options to replace them. This is fantastic customer service: information, personalised care and excellent service. I recommend Jake and the team at Tony's Glenfield unreservedly!

Took my car in with a puncture. I had previously purchased tyre insurance when I had my tyres replaced with Tony's so they said replacement tyre will be free, cool! Also they dropped me off home, and picked me up when they car was ready. Just paid for single tyre insurance again which I strongly recommend as it saved me $1200 for my Pirelli. Only thing I had to wait 1 day for them to source the tyre but they delivered so I'm pretty stoked with the whole experience. Well done, Tony's!
