C.Great service. Quality job done in a timely manner. Brought my hatch back in for a wheel alignment and wheel balance. I was called up within 30mins that the job was complete and ready to be picked up. (Dropped off at 0730 before it got busy).
I was also given genuine advice on condition of tyres and suggestions. Wasn’t forced to take them up on it and appreciated the approach and information.

S.Was on a really tight schedule today while having the need to replace some of my tires within a short span of time. The crew at Tony's just sped through the whole process like a pitcrew from the F1 team. Had all 4 tires filled up with Nitrogen for better efficiency and longer lasting tire pressure, and did a wheel realignment, all under 25mins. Was in and out and back to my schedule with time to spare because of them today. Great work and Thank you again.
J.Helpful and relaible. Brought my car in due to a slow leak in a rear tyre. I had really bad tread on the rear tyres too, and was selling the car in about 7 weeks, so I didn't want to spend much. I also didn't want to keep the existing tyres because a prospective buyer could haggle me down on the price due to the bad tread. They listened to my situation, and gave me a really good deal on a pair of new tyres. I was expecting to pay twice more than what I ended up paying. Now, I'll be able to sell the car without the risk of the potential buyer haggling me down due to bad tyre tread, and my puncture is (of course) not a concern. Fast service, great price, and they have the customer's concerns in mind. Highly recommended.

J.I have just had a fantastic customer service experience from Aman and KJ at Tony’s Tyres, Grey Lynn. I was in the middle of getting a WOF and a Servicing done on my car when I was informed that I needed one of my rear tyres replaced. When I called Tony’s Tyre’s to explain the situation, they quickly understood the urgency of my need and made time to accommodate me. They also gave me a good deal on the tyres, and I ended up replacing both my rear tyres. I am truly pleased with their excellent customer service and highly recommend this store to anyone who needs not just good tyres but also a good customer service experience. Well done guys! :-)

S.When i took my car for wheel alignment on the appointment time, the guys in the shop advised it's going to take longer that what was advised in the phone thru call center. So i had to bring my car on another day. It's waste of my time, gas expenses. I am happy with the work though.

E.My tyre was going flat so I pulled into Tony's Tyres Grey Lynn, unfortunately near closing time. They kindly checked the tyre anyway and found it was unsafe so they stayed overtime to fix the problem. This also allowed me to keep my busy work schedule for the next day. The service was excellent. M.Excellence all round! I shopped around in the morning and found that Tony's Tyre was the most affordable. Although they didn't have the particular tyre i required, the staff ensured courier on same day with the brand new tyre fitted to vehicle by the afternoon. Price for the repair, fitting and balance was the best in central auckland at only $96. Highly recommended!
