v.Visited the New Lynn store today. Customer service was excellent. The Team were friendly and their support team, especially Faisal - amazing service. Was able to beat quotes provided and arranged complimentary check and inspection for an issue I was having. Overall experience was great but wish I had been informed of the additional charges that I would have to pay for in addition to what was informed while getting a quote for the service. Would visit again but would be asking more questions next time especially about the charges.

T.It has been a wonderful experience. Before I went to Tony’s, I didn't know that they are also too good at servicing vehicles. I had a hybrid lexus and I was experiencing some problems but the manager of the store was too good and too professional that he just had a look at my car for barely 5 minutes and he told me all the problems. He also gave me a very good deal with tires and servicing. His name is Arun and trust me if you experience any kind of issues, he is like God of cars and he can help you with everything. Would recommend everyone to see him. Best service ever had in Auckland.

S.I was very satisfied the first time I took my car to Tony’s, and I thought they only tyres but they do mechanical work as well. Very thorough job and excellent customer service. The second time time I took my car was last 2 weeks, there were so many things to be done on the car, plus service and WOF and I had expected a big amount to pay for it but I was surprised and very grateful as well for what they charged which was way lesser than AA. r.Got my vehicle brake rotors and brake pads job done. Great service, explained everything to me before doing the job. Cheaper prices as compared to other mechanical shops around.
J.Have been going to this place for a while however with my last experience, prolly wouldn’t go back. I went in for an Alignment and after driving back my steering wheel was still not centred properly. In fact it was off centre even worse than it was before. Took it back the next day and the manager said everything was fine after driving it when it was clearly not.

Aman from the Grey Lynn branch, has reached out and was very helpful with helping me getting the alignment sorted and assisted with some helpful advice. Now my faith has been restored to Tony's tyres and I will continue to go to the Grey Lynn branch for future services.

E.I don't think I have ever received such genuine service before. I turned up 2 minutes before closing with a space saver on my car and needing a repair or new tyre. I asked about another tyre and was told by Liam that it is very dangerous and I needed another tyre. I asked to leave my car because I had my 2 kids with me and didn't want to risk it with them. Liam then offered me and my kids a ride home after clearing it with his boss( I live in New Lynn).
I usually leave car places feeling taken advantage of or talked down to. Not at Tony's Tyre Service in New Lynn. They gave me sound advice with options that benefited me, not them. Highly recommend these guys!
