D.Excellent service from the New Market branch. From the moment I spoke to Kamal nothing was too much trouble. I made the booking for 2pm as they had the tyres I needed. Dropped off my car in the morning and got a call two hours later telling me it was all done. Fantastic.

p.I had an amazing experience at tony tyres newmarket with kartik agrawal. i had gone there for 2 tyres for my car but he offered me very good deal for 4 tyres and wheel alignment and it was cheapest all over the Auckland so i grab that deal. And they delivered very nice service.

J.I bought my tyres from TTS Newmarket a couple of years ago. Very happy with price and service at the time. I took the service option and continued to be happy with the service.
Yesterday my car got a puncture. No spare so bit of a dilemma. Got tyre pumped up, made it to TTS Newmarket this morning. Puncture fixed free of charge and a regular balance and rotation carried out. Pleasant and friendly service from Kamal and the team. I'm more than happy to continue using TTS for all my tyre related services.

S.At short notice of just turning up to the Newmarket branch. I had 2 young kids in-tow. They were able to fit us in for 2 new tyres and a wheel allignment straight away. Different deals were offered. Because this was going to take 1.5hrs and not just a quick puncture repair i neededto take the kids somewhere for that period. We were given an umbrella and bag of crisps for a excursion. This was a nice touch to our unexpected morning ahead. We were given a call on completion. One of the inquisutive boys were given some safety glasses and was carried to a safe zone in Workshop to find out more about what was happening to the cars there. This was a very special treat when we had returned. Kamal was clear about what needed to happen,options,prices given, speedy work completed and was lovely with the children. All sraff happy and friendly. Highly recommend.

The first time I went, it was a busy Saturday morning and Kamal was not rushing me but going through the correct tyre sizes and brands that would best suit my car.
Due to an injury I had to cancel the appointment :( When I returned to the store a week or so later, the staff greeted me warmly (which now living in a big city makes all the difference) and Kamal remembered I had an injury. It is so rare to find people in customer service who remember and look after their clients! I wasn't treated like a dumb white girl who couldn't look after her car.
My car is now fitted with the correct tyre size and I now feel safe driving it! Thanks Tony's New Market!

S.I did my research and then got a very good price and sage advice from Kamal but he had to get the tyres from down south to Newmarket in rush hour traffic which he managed and also fitted them and balanced all before 1715 -unfortunately I missed all his calls and totally forgot until 6pm but he looked after my car overnight and I was profoundly apologetic the next day. J.5 stars is a very well deserved scale for the service I was presented with. Especially Mr. Kamal, has a standard of service that is so very comfortable and confident that you would be able to make the trip worth every penny you spend here. (At another branch, I was made to feel that I had to replace my tyres because MY car is not a reliable one and would need constant trips to the workshop which was fixed by this person (Kamal) in a little less than half an hour because he was keen on doing his job rather than pestering new tyres on me. PS I drive an Benz which I can definitely argue is one of the most reliable brands that I have ever owned and/or are available on the car market to date) well done, I am happy and would definitely take off the 1star review I gave the other branch manager because I feel that guy in the other branch was not up to any good but here it's a different story so I won't plunge the company reputation South because of the good service I received from Kamal Nice work Tony's Tyres

I am with tony tyres since 2018 as a customer and regularly changing car tyres from here but no one ever explained us like this before,
I am rating this review not because of, he attend us nicely but the way he represent the options infront of us with letting us know the pros & cons.
K.I enjoyed Kamal, his shop seemed clean/tidy/maintained and his team/employees seemed professional. I would go back to this location, I am not familiar with other Tony Tire locations. Kamal explained each product on offer and the pricing structure. He was quite clear about the different options (from wheel alignments packages, nitrogen tires, tire care cover plus, etc.). It was a Saturday morning so things were quite busy but his team was covering all the customers well. There were a range of cars in the shop from my little Ford right up to Lexus and Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Also an added bonus with the coffee machine and water cooler. (Think there maybe was wifi too but I didn't use it.)
A.Kamal and his team have looked after 3 of my cars over the years and have always been fast, professional and accomodating at short notice! I would not go anywhere else!

C.Kamal Dholakia went out of his way to make sure that I was able to drive my car home on the very same day it got a puncture. He was honest and told me that I did not need to get the corresponding tire on the other side changed as the tread was sufficient but was able to offer me a deal if I got both, leaving the old one as a spare. He informed me that the alignment had not been done at Giltrap Audi two weeks ago for the service and that Tony’s could offer a great deal on a package deal that would allow me regular balances at an affordable rate. He ordered two indent tires in for my Audi RS3 and installed and balanced everything. He stayed beyond 5:30pm waiting for me to arrive from my practice. He has truly gone above and beyond, and I would have no hesitation recommending him and Tony’s to any potential client.
