Sam at Tyre City was awesome, came if to get a couple of new tyres on 1 car, Sam got them done right away at a great price, I then ended up coming back again with another vehicle same day for a slightly more complicated problem and Sam stayed beyond closing to get the work done so I could drive away same day. Excellent service provider!! I have a Prius hybrid 2018 and I needed to replace tires. My idea was to replace all 4 and to keep the Toyota original ones, once at the store the person told me the all pros and cons in replacing the tires keeping originals or going for something cheaper, even though I had my mind made over the decision to replace all 4 originals, it was good to hear him talking and to see that he knows about his business. Fast service and with an amazing coffee shop walking distance, also a recommendation received from the store staff!

Went there this morning 21/12/20 and was greeted by a friendly Tyre Technician, told him I needed 2 new Tyres he said no problem and asked if I needed a wheel alignment in which I said yes. Took my car in for a wheel alignment prior to the sale of my car and the space they had was outstanding Super clean and tidy workshop, very sophisticated with high end equipment and really helpful genuine staff that can quickly identify what's going on and offer great advise. I love tyre city, they've always taken care of me. First time I went in with chip damage to the sidewall from hitting the curb while parallel parking. They told me not to worry as the tyre has extra rubber in that area, saving me money and losing a sale. They won my business from then on! Second time I had just gotten brake work done at a mechanic shop. The car handled worse after the work and I couldn't figure out why. Took it to tyre city and they realized the shop had overinflated the tyres. Fixed it cheap and now it drives great saving me money on taking it back to the shop. Do yourself a favor and get your work done with these honest people. It will save you money and hassle in the long run!

Good place for new tyres, friendly phone manner, job was done as per specified time. Comfortable waiting area, nice coffee and current hearald to read as well as tv to view. Steve went above expectations and swapped new tyres from front to back as he felt they would perform better this way. I was very happy to find the bill was less than I had expected. Took the Michelin promotion offer and Came in for four Michelin tires today, overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and service received. The premises has clean floor throughout with plenty of lighting and the right equipment. Albert and Ash were friendly and took the time to show and explain me the issues they found on my wheels and outgoing tires. The charge for wheel alignment is not the cheapest but they took the time and the right steps to have the job properly done which was more important to me. I am very happy with the quality and efficiency of their service and will definitely return for future tyre needs.

Best service ever! I was looking for a tyre place nearby open early. Tyre city was nearby. Was actually going to Beaurepairs but did a detour back to Tyre City. Staff are so helpful and friendly, no issue too small. Had my wheels aligned and tyre changed while enjoying a lovely coffee in the clean and warm waiting area. Am returning next week to have the rest of my tyres changed. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Just about the best service I have ever experienced in a long time!
