What a mission to get the right person for the job I went to 10 different shops most told me it what I wanted can't be done One said he could do it ,put tyers on and it was not even close and to right and then he gave up . Then went to 4x4 specialist and they gave me 500 reasons why I can't do it . (They can't do it) Then my mate recommend Chris from Tyeretech in Wairua Spoke to Chris at 8 am in the morning he ordered in the mags and the wheels being fitted now 8 hour's later And the price was perfect thanks Chris and the team. Sooo happy

The guys there are friendly, they do the job professionally on time. They care and do their best to get the job done. I gave 4 stars because they couldnt do the wheels alignment on my BMW X5 properly, they needed me to do another later visit to fix it. At the end they did it to an acceptable (but not ideal) situation. I still recommend this place.

This is a LONG OVERDUE review for Chris and the team at TyreTech. Great service!! Fixed my puncture really quick for $35.00 - no appointment was needed, and checked all the air in the rest if my tyres too. Even better considering Tony's Tyre Service Glenfield down the road booked me in for the repair initially for $40 to tell me it coudnt be repaired and i would have to replace both my front tyres for a min of $250.00 per tyre! Just trying rip me off because im a female or couldnt be bothered doing a repair. Glad we have good honest tyre shops like this with friendly helpful staff 100% recommend. :)

Not sure why others are complaining about this place being expensive -Chris did a very good deal on a full set of quality tyres (fitted/balanced etc), way cheaper than anyone else around Auckland. Great customer service. These guys really went the extra mile in trying to align my old sports car, despite the rear tie rods being stubbornly seized up. The only drawback would be the price, being a decent amount more expensive than other shops. But I would say it was worth the money if you appreciate skill and service.

I have been going to Tyretech for seven years, we have six cars. I drive from the Eastern Suburbs to the North Shore to use them. They are the only place I have found that has always got the alignment and balancing right, the steering wheel straight etc. Where I have needed help selecting the right tire for a vehicle, their recommendations have always worked out well. The icing on the cake is their never any problem to go the extra mile, like change a blown bulb or even remove a tow bar today. I highly recommend them.

Had a flat tyre this morning so I looked for a tyre shop nearby. Went to Tyretech because of their good Google reviews. The reviews weren't wrong. Ryan explained to me that the puncture could not be repaired as it was too close to the side wall so I got it replaced it with a Hankook tyre. They checked tyre pressures on the other tyres and took time to explain they recommend higher tyre pressure for my car. Quick job, reasonable price, well recommended.

These guys are legendary. I had a WoF done by Wheels on Wairau. They listed common and minor issues and quoted me more than a thousand dollars to fix. I felt I cannot trust the report because some of the minor issues, that I knew, would not cost that much to fix. I did some search to find a better trustworthy place. I found TyreTech from Google and the reviews was very high. I decided to get a quote for replacing tyre. Chris made a good deal for me and I was satisfied. I talked about the issue I was having with the WoF and showed Chris the list of issue. The crew had a quick look and explained what the issues on the list really means in easy plain English. Chris gave me a quote at about $300 dollars, which was only a quarter of what Wheels on Wairau tried to charge me. Some of the minor issues, Chris did not charge me at all. I dropped my car and Chris arranged a loan car for me to get to work. I was worrying about having to go back to Wheels on Wairau again after all the issues are cleared. Worrying about the possibility that they would make up more issues and not letting me pass WoF(since I cannot trust WoW at the moment). Chris had one of his crew to drive my car to WoW to get the WoF done. He said "Saving you from driving back and forth". I did not even ask for this and they took care of something that I was stressing about. Honestly, I felt really bad that I was trapped to get WoF done at WoW but now I even feel lucky because I found TyreTech. Now I don't have to worry to find a good place to fix my car. I just need to drive in to TyreTech.
