W.Bought the swift new in Nelson five years ago but have been dealing with Motorworld Blenheim since we moved four years ago for annual servicing etc, all good thus far. Love Suzuki it's our second one and would buy another if I wasn't too old - and I always keep them looking like new even after 15 years or so, but hey that's just me😊
P.We purchased a 2018 Ute completely blind. We live in Papamoa, Tauranga. The customer service from the 2 Chris' that work there was the best we have ever experienced. The Ute is exactly as described, we absolutely love it. They even ferried it across to Wellington free of charge. Their follow up service is exceptional. Although we live in the North, we will definitely be contacting them for our next purchase. Well done team Motoworld Bleheim.
C.We bought a used 2008 Suzuki Vitara from Wadsco and 6 months after we bought it the engine died. We took it back to their service team and it was determined to be a fluke with that engine. They were really great about it, not only replacing the engine but also giving me a courtesy car to drive in the mean time. Bummer about the car but great customer service, and they came to the party to help fix the problem and stand behind their product.
