E.I always deal with these people because the lovely young lady says what they can do then they do it. It my tyres are fine she tells me to go away, and for how long.
K.Very quick, attentive and efficient.
L.I wouldn't say it was the best customer service received. They didn't call me to let me know my car was ready, I walked around town for an hr & thought I would give them a call to which it was ready. They didn't call me first to give me a quote or tell me what was wrong with it, they just sent it away. Took a week to fix 1 tyre during lockdown and it took ME a call to THEM to see if it had been fixed to which they said it had 🤷♀️ Don't think I will go back there
M.Very very helpful and knowledgeable. The lady in reception gave 5 star customer service and went out of her way to help me with the problem that I had. Would highly recommend to anyone.
