Service was ok.
They guy who did the alignment probably needs more training where the steering wheel should be when car is going straight. Dirty hands need a quick scrub with test drive so Training on customer service and customer care wouldn't hurt as much as it hurt my car when you slammed the bonnet and door etc.
And FYI when the customer asks' so was the alignment out by much?. The correct answer is.....to show the customer on the alignment sheet. Your answer that it "actually wasn't to bad" really isn't professional. I'll check the GPS logs later to see if you gave my car hell on both test runs. Not that ird be supprised.
Wasn't the worst experience I've had but did expect better as I've delt with wigram for many years back in the day.
Thanks for the same day service. But I won't be back.

F. N.I have had a number of WOF checks carried out here. I have found the two chaps very down to earth, straight forward to deal with and almost always have had immediate service. Much less waiting around unlike the dedicated WOF places. I also received accurate information and a good referral regarding leaking rim welds on old wheels a while back. More than happy with the service I have received with them and fully recommend despite some of the negative reviews by others.

I've always found Dougal and his team to be honest and friendly, their products are very competitively priced, and they always give impartial professional advice. In my experience this is what you get from an 'owner operated' business, which is what Flags Tyres is.
I can't recommend them enough for all your mechanical and car needs.
