M. J.Spectacular customer experience. When I rocked in there to drop my car off I asked if someone could drop me back at home. They immediately enlisted Mark to do it and I was even provided with excellent and engaging banter. 10 stars.

K. T.I went there this morning without an appointment for a total wheel alignment. Pier was courteous & efficient, getting me in straight away. I would highly recommend them. Told me to come back in 6 months for a free alignment. Very happy with the service.

The road is quite busy between 7:30-9:00am an 3:30-5:00pm. If your turning right you might need to good 100m down to the next street and turn around there

A. T. W.Great value for money. Great service. They also do headlights reconditioning and I did it in my first visit. They checked my tyres pressure, replace the missing tyres valve caps and applied tyre shine for free.

T.every one always complaints about things if they doesn't seems to be in their favor but i would like to say few words about these guys helped me on sat when i needed Tyre after a blown out. i went almost end of the day when the staff was about to leave. they told me they doesn't have any product in stock so i have to wait till Monday. i was so stressed because i have to be with my family in dunedin but these guys went extra mile to help me. they went to get the tyres from other store and stayed after work to help me. real heroes manager and assistant manager. keep it up. i have no words

S. P.Tried to replace a tyre that was punctured. One of the employee's said that the tyre was beyond repair and that they did not have a replacement tyre (for a Toyota Prius). His suggestion was that I can buy a Fyrestone tyre for $180. Went to another place and they were able to repair the pre-existing tyre for $50.
Absolute disgrace. I've used Tony's Tyre Service before, but after this encounter, I highly advise going elsewhere.
EDIT: Area Manager, Aaron, rectified the whole situation. He inspected the punctured tyre post repair and suggested that it should of been repaired and met the guidelines for it to of been carried out. Good lad. Reimbursed the cost of repairing at the other business. Excellent moral behaviour.
