C.I was extremely impressed with the service offered here. I got there late one evening and was still attended to with a great attitude. I was called the next morning with a follow-up to the query left in the evening. When I arrived the next day I was promptly assisted and the mechanic on site even assisted with an unrelated problem to my tyres or battery. I will definitely recommend and be back there to replace my battery soon.
T.The guy Andrew (name off invoice) that helped me out in store was friendly and easy to deal with. The sales lady on the phone was helpful and sorted me out a reasonable deal. The cars driving straight and feels so much better.

K.I realised I had a flat tyre last night, but due to required long distance travel this afternoon I needed it repaired urgently. I dropped the tyre in first thing this morning, expecting to leave it there, but they weren't able to re-fit it around lunchtime just before I started traveling. I was lucky enough that they had a gap immediately, so they happily slotted in the puncture repair for me. I observed other staff while I was waiting, and all were courteous to myself and other customers, were definitely on the ball to meet and greet customers as they came in, and did my repair without question (my TTS sticker had curled so I had removed it a few weeks ago - ooopsy!!). You could do a lot worse than visit the Tony's Tyre Service Team at Northlands. Very happy with my experience today.

b.The Issue I had below was resolved very quickly. Just a shame it happened in the first place.
I was sold a directional tyre. I know very little about anything automotive so when the tyre was fitted and the transaction was complete I was very surprised to be told the car would fail a warrant of fitness because I also need the same sort of tyre on the other side. So this means I have a tyre that will probably last another two years and I now have to change it to make my car legal again. Very poor customer service. I am very disappointed!!!
W.I wasn't happy. When I brought a new tyre they never told me about the warranty protection for your tyre. So when I came in today to buy another tyre I was the one that mentioned about the warranty on the tyre............................................................................................................................ Well I am a very very happy customer now. I had a phone call from the top boss of Tony's tyres. He had read my previous review and new I was unhappy. He was willing to fix the problem immediately. So he gave me the tyre protection on both of the tyres that I had brought. He said the customer is always right and he was very happy that I had posted my previous review. He said that the reviews are there for people to post comments about being happy or unhappy with the service. So that Tony's can fix the problem immediately.

A.Been to Tuam and Papanui stores and both times have been upstanding quality service,even the customer service on from the call centre was great to book my appointment for our car.Last year went to Tuam branch to get 4 new tyres and they put them on cleaned the rims and offered a wheel alignment service which I ended up getting aswel as tyre insurance, I did come away thinking great service sold me on things I didnt consider.Papanui Branch yesterday was no different great friendly service from 3 different employees got our car 2 tyres and wheel alignment done left feeling bloody awesome.Keep up the consistent service all round guys

r.Initially I was attracted with the offer & got my tyres changed which was cool, but realised that they had snapped my door lock accidently & didnt mention it to me, which was very dissappointing. I coudnt change my door locks since the labour is too high,, just kept driving with it. bUT I still trusted them & came back for my punture repair,,i met this Awsme guy KEVIN, he made my day he intially started with a big smile and went on and did all he could, asked me for a coffe,,and redone the whole thing and fixed all my tyres and went further to fix my door locks, and all for nothing,,,he had an brilliant personality with the genuine work ethics,..i highly recommend KEVIN, and another guy in the recepton that day(didnt know his name), were awsme customer service.Keep it going good KEVIN:)
