D. G.The spare tyre was chucked into my boot by the previous mechanic but Alex took the time to sort this out and carefully replaced my spare tyre , carefully bundled up my spanners and stored my jack in the boot before turning the car over. Very impressed by the professionalism and care.

I needed to replace a tyre for my WOF and called Tyre General and they were able to sort me out with confirming the tyre I needed was in stock and they could replace it today. I show up and immediately was met with a kind man who took my car in right away. I got some espresso, filled out a form, and was literally waiting 15 minutes and it was finished! I feel like it's not normal to wait such a short period of time, but it was great. They also washed (or polished?) my other tyres and they gleaned. I had such a great experience, I will most certainly be going back :)

K.Great service here, after there being a bit of confusion about the Tyres I needed and finding they weren’t what they thought, they quickly tried to offer me a solution that would work and keep the price close to what I’d been quoted though the newer ones were quite a bit more than the original ones.
A happy medium was reached and it was all done very painlessly and quickly. Been here a few times and nothing’s ever been a problem.
