R.Very cheap tyre. Customer service was alright. It's nice to tell customers to wait while attending another one! I didn't find that communication skill but i believe they didn't mean to do that and they can easily improve it.
T.Excellent value for money, for brand new tyres plus mechanical needs. Good pricing, friendly staff. Always try to support local small businesses like these compared to franchises. We need businesses like these to keep healthy competition in the market, resulting in better product for consumers.
I've been using their service for almost 2yrs now, for my commercially driven car (upto 70,000kms per year, needing oil change every 2 months!) and never had issues. All in all, being a commercial driver, I know how much other mechanics and tyre shops can & will rip you off. For example, most mechanical repairs in Dunedin cost labor @ $90 + GST per hour. Enquire with these guys and see the difference for yourself.
Also, I got myself 4 X new Kumho Tyres last time for great price. Already driven 50,000kms and still about 30-40k kms left on them + solid on road, all weather performance too. I drove through the early mornings this frosty winter and felt quite safe driving on Kumho tyres. Again, just like mechanical pricing, feel free to enquire anywhere in Dunedin for tyre pricing and compare with this shop. You will get best value for money with them, period!
R.I was very impressed with my experience here, both with prices where the other main tyre outfits in the city were charging considerably more for other branded tyres, and customer care. The staff were very helpful and welcoming offering tea/coffee while I waited. Also the professionalism and technology as they aligned the wheels was outstanding, in fact good work all round and good attitude from the staff who seem genuinely nice people.

B.Cheapest tyres I’ve found by about $100 a tyre. Fantastic service even when I ordered the wrong tyres! Will be coming back for a service and wheel alignments which is another fantastic price. STUDENTS these are guys are good for our noodle diet!

I came here to replace my front two tyres . Best of all - got it sorted about 2 hrs.
Service wise - Salim and his team are super friendly. I did set the expectations that I was there for a tyre change and wheel alignment.
The mechanic was friendly and showed me things that need replacing or what's the problem. I had no complaints on that
As for the tyres again , I got good ride. Chinese brand, you can search in Google. I did some work, they offer pretty balanced quality .
If you are looking for a cheap and cheerful replacement for your tires that doesn't burn a hole in your wallet .
A.Absolutely brilliant, always top-notch service. They always helped my wife when she brought in her car alone and didn't take advantage of the fact that it was a female bringing in the car who had no idea what was happening. They always quoted a fair price for the work needed. recommended

S.I would like to mention that the owner of this tyre business is very good and so is the mechanic that works there. We called in for 4 new tyres on a Saturday at 2.30 and they close at 3.00. We had the tyres fitted and balanced but they noticed that the front brake discs and pads were badly scored so we decided to replace them at the same time. By the time we left it was close to 5.00 but they were happy to help us and we were happy with the fact that they stayed open on a Saturday. I wold like to recommend this company for good service and good prices on tyres and very friendly service.
