First time being here, daughter recommended, service was tops, really pleased with my 4x new tyres cheapest by far. I've been coming to Budget Tyres for over ten years and have never had a bad experience. I always get a great price and the service is fantastic. The team morale seems high and the guys are always working hard. This particular time, their computer said they had two of my tyres in stock but they couldn't be found in the shop. The guy sourced some more and did a deal on each one because they'd quoted me relatively low already. Not their fault and helped me out anyway! Excellent team, excellent service, highly recommend 👌

5 stars for customer service and 7 stars for the floor staff. The customer service is great there, the workers are super helpul however the guy that was working was called away to look for tyres and my car was left unattended. Two customers after me were served before and completed while my car sat there. Maybe they prioritize customers that buy tyres before anyone else? Anyways, that made me pretty angry, I'm a nice person and deserve to be treated fairly.

Go two tires replaced, staff were super friendly and helpful seemed like a good bunch of guys. Only look around 30minutes even though it was quite busy. Sat in the staff room had good aircon and water cooler as was a hot day. Awesome that they are open until 2pm on Saturday.

These guys provide the BEST services!! They are efficient and help me to check properly for FREE. And the most important thing is they told me the truth! I have been to so many other tyre places and they claimed I’m gonna spend $500 for a tyre without a proper check and just have a look telling you how much you gonna spend. But those guys let me know where exactly the problem is and what should I do. It turns out the tyre is fine and there is nothing I need to do. I want to say thank you so much! No attention to detail, twice they have lost the nuts of my wheel and they always screw the nuts too tight meaning I cannot unscrew them myself. Such a pain when I have a flat tire and I can’t even unscrew it to change the wheel.

All I can say is FAST...And when you are tired and finish late at work these guys are open till 5.30pm and will definitely make time for you!! A lesson learned for me today and maybe for Budget Tyres as well. My lesson? - double check before saying something negative. Budget Tyres? - maybe communicate just a little better with your customers. I paid Budget Tyres for two new rear tyres. When I got home I found I was charged for two new tyres but had second hand tyres on the the rear of my car. This was my second time using Budget and the second time the tyres were not what I paid for (the first time the replacement tyre had a bubble in the side wall, the installer turned the bubble to the inside where it could not be seen and then installed the tyre backwards). Now was the second time and the second problem and I was fuming. Before starting this review and going back to the store I did a good check of all the tyres on my car. Budget has put the new tyres I paid for on the front and moved the older front tyres to the rear. My car is a front wheel drive so this puts the best tyres in the best place. Good work on the extra thought and effort put in fellas. Thank you. Please let your customers know the extra work you put into their vehicles because it keeps us informed on our vehicles and prevents misunderstandings. Overall they had a great team today: motivated, friendly and really seemed to enjoy their work.

These guys are great, it's good to see men happy in their work and this flows on down to the excellent service I have recieved there multiple times now. Today I went in with a flat tyre on my ride on mower apparently there was no hole in it (they put it back on the rim) and when I got back to pick it up they told me why it went flat and gave me clear instructions on how to avoid it in future and didn't charge me. I was insistent that I wanted to pay them (fairs fair) but they wouldn't take any money luckily I had a bag of lollies in the truck so gave the boys them. Great guys they have been my go to place for a while and it was just reconfirmed today.

Sunday morning driving and discovered a bolt screw buried in our front left tyre. Fortunately the screw-bolt head sealed the air in so we could still drive. Friendly helpful staff. I bought two 2nd hand tires there. Went to get my warrant that same day but the tires didn't pass the test. I went back to Budget tires and they replaced the tires and I was able to get the warrant. If not for that hitch I would have given 5 stars. The staff are good.

I'm a regular here. Awesome service but I miss Jason who always gave fast, happy service. Doesn't seem the same without him. Before I'd leave to go on a long journey I'd drop in and ask him if my tyres would be safe enough to make the trip, he'd check them and say yep treading is still good to go. Always gave me peace of mind. Even now all the young men in fact all of the guys are so cool to communicate with. Best tyre place in Htown. I don't think anyone can beat or match Budget Tyres for honesty price, awesome work done and leaving with an assured peace of mind. Very happy returning customer. Cheers 👍

Damian needs a pay rise! I walked into the office and when greeted by reception I told her that I noticed a flat tyre on my car when I stopped for icecream up the road, so I walked down seeking help. Damian overheard so approached me and said "no stress, get in the van I'll take you down and fix it". He put the spare on, had me drive it back to Budget Tyres and then repaired the flat tyre (which had a screw in it) all for $25. Value for money or what?!? Jeebas! I can't thank the team enough!!
