I have been using World Of Tyres Greenwood Street branch, for the past 4 years to get tyres and wheel alignments for my Ute Business. They have always provided a high quality service and product. Now that they have opened a second branch in Te Rapa, Hamilton - I frequently use them now due to location. I cannot say a bad word about these Tyre and Suspension shops. A +++

Driving up to The Base, I somehow got a tech screw in one of my wheels. Knowing that this store had been set up, I headed there only to find they were not officially open yet - some of the gear was still to be installed. Despite that, the team cheerfully whipped the wheel off, patched the leak, rebalanced the tyre and gave the car a quick 4-wheel check to make sure I was driving on good rubber. This kind of service is why I will go nowhere else, given the choice. The team - at both stores - are always friendly, cheerful... and busy! That's a great signal in my book - a busy store is only busy because customers want to be there. They even ASK before they slap their sticker on your car, unlike some of their so-called peers, who keep trying to slap their sticker on my car even when I am just parked outside. I always recommend World of Tyres to anyone I know who likes to drive safely, and now I can recommend them twice as much. :D

Visited store as such convenient location nearby my office and home. Had a range of tyres to be swapped around onto a brand new wheel and freshly painted wheels also. Called in dropping off & collecting my wheel sets over two weeks. Highlights, friendly service, assisted with stacking car and unstacking car every time. New tyre equipment here allows for removal and fitting tyres without touching your new or expensive wheels! 10/10 Total price was more than reasonable, recommended.

Fantastic service at World of Tyres - Te Rapa on Friday before Labour Weekend, I highly recommend them as the only place to go! :) I was heading away for a long trip and at the last minute, I remembered my front tyres were well worn. The guys got me sorted with 2 x new tyres and whats more, I was able to borrow a loan car so I could continue my meetings for work. Really appreciate the team at W.O.T. Thank you so much, Cheers!

A wonderful visit. Reece fitted me up with Pirelli P7 tyres, tracked all 4 wheels and checked out some mags for me. All that and a lovely big friendly dog as well. Can't think why I would go anywhere else

Great place! Open on a public holiday! I needed an urgent tyre repair that day and live around an hour away. I called a couple of places before calling this place and they were the only place open! Cheap! Friendly! A lifesaver!!

Highly highly recommended, I had such a hassle free 1st time experience with these guys. There customer service is outstanding. They are amazing, in such a safe location, theres a KMart next door, Countdown, Couplands bakery & Tu Tonu cafe, a Gym all within walking distance & plenty more. I had trouble with my battery twice in one day, Reece was awesome! He lend me a power pack to restart the car, he didn't even know me, and when that didn't do the trick he did some magic and fixed it to avoid me buying a brand new battery. If I do need a new battery I know where to go now to get great service. Thanks heaps Reece!

On the way to Taupo from Auckland, I experienced two punctures in my rear tyres. It was 7.00pm at night and of course no tyre shop was open, neither did I expect any would be open. Even so, I called some tyre centres from my phone in the vain hope that I would be able to get someone. The people of World of Tyres Te Rapa answered the phone. It just so happened that they were having a team mtg. They instructed me to get to them (I had run flat tyres) and they would fix the tyres. I only had to wait a short time for their mtg to finish and then two of there staff attended to my tyres. They were most helpful, polite and accommodating. They were very thorough and although late at night did not scrimp on providing a full service. Call out fee was $50.00 which I thought was very reasonable. They are great guys and deserve a five star rating. I wish you all very well in the success of your business.
