That's what I call a friendly and efficient service: Fixed a flat tyre in half an hour without a booking prior, while I had a coffee in town. Very friendly people to deal with. Really happy to get it fixed straight away at a reasonable price. ... 9 months later similar story: Limped to their shop with a flat tyre without appointment. Left with the repaired tyre around 20min later (Yes,TWENTY) - amazing! Fast, friendly, down to earth - could not have been better, saved my day - again :-))

Tala and the team at Beaurepaires in Lower Hutt, by the BP, were fantastic to deal with. From the friendly greeting, through to getting a damaged tyre replaced. They talked through what needed to happen and organised for a replacement to be brought in. Highly recommend. Fast, friendly and efficient. Tyre was unusual size, so price not reflective of overall prices (others looked reasonable).

I got a puncture and had to park on the street and they came to take out the wheel, replace and bring back the tyre for me at great price. The boss who spoke to me on the phone and the young man who came to deliver the service were both very nice and helpful. They were very patient and talked me through all the step. Ray and the team were so great recently, came to my aid with a Tyre puncture situation at 5:20pm on a rainy evening in the middle of the week. Sussed out my brand new tyres the following day with a great price and made me feel like a valued customer. Feel a lot safer driving now knowing they have been in and checked it all over. Great service! Had a puncture repaired this morning and a valve in another tyre replaced that had been looked at by someone else who couldn't find a problem with it, and this was all done while I waited without a booking. Definitely recommend.

Drove in on a Friday at 1000, I had noticed one tyre low, they kindly helped me straight away, found large nail, fixed, and had me on my journey into Wellington within 15 mns. Very reasonable charge too. Thanks.

Very friendly service offered to replace spare tyre with better one second hand at no charge. Being pregnant really pleased to know they care about the safety of customers glad I chose these guys tyres were 10 dollars more than my lowest quote but service more than made up for it will definitely be using them in the future

Recently took a trailer wheel in as the valve was leaking. They replaced it in no time and didn't charge me. Although I am a loyal Beaurepaires customer, they wouldn't have known that as I usually go to Thorndon. I was so impressed I took some morning tea in for them the next day. Top effort fellas!
