D. M.Was on holiday at Riversdale Beach in January and got a flat tyre I brought the tyre into Masterton to try get it fixed that afternoon. Tried a couple of other places before Bridgestone and did not get the impression they wanted to help. The team at Bridgestone were amazing, they understood I needed it fixed fast, checked it quickly and confirmed they could fix it. Gave me an indication of how long it would take and then exceeded my expectations by calling me earlier to say they had finished and I could pick it up. Great service, friendly and helpful staff - miles above their competitors. Would gladly go back if I was ever in the area again.
