Great experience with the guys from Mount Beaurepaires. Call center (national?) was very helpful with the booking. I turned up and the serviceman was ready to go, and gave me an ETA based on the work being done. Really good service notes, as well as explanation, on collection of the vehicle. 1 battery, 2 tyres, wheel alignment. Dropped me of at Bayfair while work was being done, did offer to collect me, but I walked back. Car ready for me, airpoints collected. Both Jordan and Lovepreet were helpful and competent. My problem was my husband, when he saw the 2 new tyres on the back, he was not a happy bunny, I explained why, but he wanted them on the front. So to keep my husband happy (he would of done it himself) I went back and explained, in no time at all the tyres were changed around. I would use these guys again.
