These guys are awesome! On my way down to Napier I got a puncture on one of my wheels, I managed to limp in here hoping they could plug it. I’m always really scared tire shops will damage my lug holes and butcher my rims when taking rubber on and off. Not here though, the right tools and careful craftsmanship meant I was back on my way in no time.

The customer service was amazing and probably the best I've ever had, Hendrick and his team made sure i was well looked after and i didn't need to stress over anything. I didn't feel like a pain and felt like a valued customer. His communication was amazing and i appreciated the phone call to let me know what was going on and my options. When ever I have tyre issues i always use Tony's Tyre Service - Napier. Thanks again!

The boys are always so keen to help and so lovely to deal with. They do extra bits like cleaning my car (when they really don’t have to!) and getting it done ahead of schedule. Honest and helpful advice for what needs done to my vehicle and by when, so I can plan ahead. They are always a pleasure!

Customer service was above and beyond from both Napier and Hastings stores I was in urgent need to get to Auckland for my 7yr old son and they guys were amazing and fully understood and made it happen as fast as they possibly could highly recommend and appreciated them so much

Tyre rotation, alignment, WOF, new brake pads, oil change & polished front light covers was no problem for this efficient group. And a good waiting room was available with free drink machine.

Quick and efficient. New shoes and realignment left a unexpected but fair dent in the wallet. Dent easily compensated by reassurance for safe motoring. Free coffee, world sat news and newspaper in comfortable wait room environment made waiting a breez.

Met me as I hopped out of my car, walked me to reception helpful & pleasant.

Went in to see Daniel for my tyre's that had been incorrectly inflated with the wrong air pressure previously. He sorted it immediately, without an appointment and even gave me the correct caps free of charge being as I have Nitrogen inflated tyre's, the others had failed to do this. Thanks so much, extremely appreciated and we will continue to take our vehicles to Tony's Tyre Service. Well done, one happy customer here 8-)
