Amazing service. After getting a puncture on our motorhome on the Takaka hill, I managed to get back to Nelson. I arrived here after 5 but they were more than happy to look at my tyres and check there stock as it turned out I needed new tyres. As the tyres I needed were out of stock, he was able to recommend an alternative company, but then rechecked and found the tyres I needed were due in the next day, so took my details and called me when they had arrived to book a time to fit them. As we had only planned to be in Nelson for one day, this above and beyond service helped to keep our trip on schedule. I cannot thank the team enough for the help and all done in an exceptionally friendly way. Made me feel like a regular a valued customer from start to finish.

Great experience As we have a new baby time was limited and we were just passing though Nelson. The man who help helped was excellent, he listened to my needs and found a solution to fit. We got an entire new set of tires, wheel alignment and wheel balance for $1089 and he had it ready in under 2 hours. Thanx team. Great work.

The guys here are awesome, they catered for my needs even at the last minute. Got a puncture at 7am, took my car to them about 8.30am, they said it would take about half an hour so went to the Nelson Warehouse just down the road. Would have been there about 20 minutes, checked my phone and had missed the call from them, so I rang them and they said that my car was ready.. Awesome job guys one very HAPPY customer.

Really happy with the service here, Josh listened to my criteria and did some research then presented a range of tires within my budget (low road noise, immediately available, under $200 each) for me to choose from. Cant praise the team at U-Save nsn enough. Firstly instead of making a killing on replacing tyres on my car ( 19 inch that rub on 1 corner) I was given practical advice on how to try remedy this. At the same time we ordered a full set of rims and rubber for our other car. Right from the get go they were very helpful with selection and very well priced.
