N. M.I was impressed with the service from Steve’s Tyre Service. Sent an email for a quote on a Saturday afternoon and got an answer with three options within a very short time frame. When I rang to accept quote and book a time Steve was brilliant also letting me know they could drop me at work and pick up.
The service on the day was superb. There was someone at the front t desk on my arrival both dropping off and picking up. Someone went and got my car and drove it to reception area and I was given a detailed rundown about what was done.

S. A.Great service and very quick too. The cost of tires is high however they price matched my fronts from the rears that they changed for me 6 months ago. Thier prices are competitive with every other supplier in Palmy and the labour charge is very reasonable, as long as this high standard of service stays the same I will only use Steve's tires for my motoring needs, very satisfied customer.

C. M.I have never enjoyed having my tires changed ever. Qwayne is the guy that I worked with.. I met him once a few years back and he remembered who I was and made it feel like I was an old friend popping in for a visit. We were welcomed with a smile from the staff I saw in passing and with Qwayne in the office.. you are greeted with hello sir/ma'am there is a lounge area to wait with an espresso coffee machine. While job is being done the guys will pop in and check on you. And have a chat. Your made to feel important. They are absolutely brilliant. I 💯 recommend Steve's Tyre service. So I just did like 5 min ago. R.I went to put a new tyre few month ago at discount tyres and since discount tyres close at 5pm and so as my job finishes at 5pm didn’t have time to go there so since Steve’ tyres close at 5:30pm so I went there and price was cheaper than discount and when they finished changing my tyres and got my car outside I thought all 4 tyres was changed but intact it was only one cos I was so happy with what they put finishing on my tyres all of the looks brand new. A.I have been taking my my family's vehicles to Steve's Tyre Service since moving down from Auckland - they have provided consistently excellent service for my tyres. I recently had a puncture that could be salvaged easily with a vulcanised repair, which they recommended to me in the first instance rather than taking the "easy way out" and just selling me a new tyre. V.I have two work vans which carry a lot of gear. Steve gave me great advise regarding what tyre would best suit my vehicle and purpose. Filling the tyres with gas rather than air really made a difference to. I have gotten great wear out of the tires and the regular balance and rotation have ensured maximum life span. Thanks Steve

I'd take my tyre troubles to them any time. Other troubles I've not tried. They might be good at relationship counseling or scuba equipment repair. I don't know. I can't vouch for them on those areas.
But on tyres, they're the bomb.

R.Had a flat tyre and didn’t have a spare one (just had a puncture kit) so couldn’t move the car. Rang around numerous tyre shops to see if they did call outs and majority said no. Steve’s tyres however said they did call outs and it cost $40! If there was nothing wrong with the tyre they were going to repair for free, unfortunately the tyre was buggered so had to get a new one. The staff at Steve’s tyres gave us a temporary one (they put the temp tyre on at home) so we could get around in the car while they ordered a new tyre. Tyre came in the next day and everything was all fixed. They also gave me the price on the spot when putting temp tyre on and it was way cheaper than other companies I had rang! Would highly recommend this company! Awesome people.

G.I (Tracy, not Graeme) was in town and popped in to a cafe to grab a coffee. Came out to the sound of my tyre hissing. Not wanting to try change a tyre on the side of a busy road I jumped in my car and drove as quickly and safely as I could to Steve's. I pulled into Steve's without an appointment and tyre nearly flat. They accepted the job of fixing it for me straight away. I was so relieved and so grateful. What a great way to keep in touch with your customers. Also does free puncture repair.
