D.Done tyres rotation for two my cars a couple weeks ago.
Fixed puncture today - high priority job, done on a day.

A.I have been a customer of the store for a reasonable amount of time now and their service wasn't too bad. However, I've recently had an issue with the way they handle their mistakes. During my last visit, they did not properly install the hub cap and I lost it on my way home from the service centre. When I called and spoke to the store manager, he said it was damaged at the workshop and they will replace it (I was only told of the damage after I called them to inform them about the issue). 3 weeks went by and no call regarding the replacement from the store. I went to the store and spoke to the manager who had no recollection of the conversation but assured me that he will replace it and made a note of it in his diary. 3 weeks have gone by since then and no response from him yet.
- Since posting the above, I received a call from the manager within an hour of this post and this was resolved within the hour. Appreciate it.

Z.Tony's tyres Church Street. Lovedeep Singh was awesome! Great customer service. He was incredibly accomodating and friendly. Gave an accurate breakdown on the calculator to show me how he got the final cost which did take up time while customers were waiting but he did not get impatient at all. I appreciate that a lot.I have been going to Tony's for years now and this time is definitely testament to why I only want to get my tyres from here. The price beat guarantee is also excellent!
T.Contacted Tony's Tyres asked for a good price on a set of tyres and was given a price by the call centre that was double any price we had been given already. Asked if this was the best price and she said yes. Every other store was willing to help out and negotiate. I have been going to Tonys for years and they have looked after me until now. I was roadblocked by the call centre from talking to the store, rang again the next day to try to get a price from the store finally got transferred to the store. When I spoke to the sales person at the store he gave the impression he was not interested so I decided to go with another company

E.These people put a new alternator in our car. They are the best in Palmerston North. They are reliable and efficient but what I like best about them are that they're honest! I tell others not to go anywhere else!
m.From out of town. Went in for a puncture, but the tyre was unrepairable. They put my spare wheel on free of charge. The workshop was very tidy and their safety practices were better than any tyre store I have ever been in. This store is a real credit to the brand.

M.Really helpful, great price. First visit for advice, after a puncture, and the guy checked all my tyres (which were all way below recommended pressure) and gave helpful advice. A few days later,I actually got the tyre fixed, and again, really good and also fast and very reasonable. And the shop is next to op shop, so no need to read the mags, go next door and pickup a bargain (I know I did). Thanks very much, Tony's!!!

X.Pretty fast to change a tyre. My left front wheel were broken, it cost me less than 15 minutes to fix it, free coffee provided when you are waiting for the repair.
