G.I called the Owner/Operator Glenn Cooley the previous day to arrange a repair for a suspected slow puncture that would coincide with a nearby appointment that I had. "No problem, bring it in". Initially, off the car no puncture was revealed, and despite offering to pay Glenn for his time, he refused. Glenn refitted the tyre in my presence and only then did the leak reveal itself where debris had become trapped between the wheel and the tyre wall: A simple and quick fix to remove the debris. I was very happy that he'd discovered the cause of the leak and pulled out my credit card in preparation for payment. Glenn refused to charge me. We then had a chat about tyre replacement costs (not required at this time) and he convinced me that his charges are extremely competitive, so you can guess where I'll be heading when the time comes around. Apart from that I really appreciated Glenn's honest, helpful and generous attitude. So, to cut to the chase, I have no hesitation at all in recommending Tyreland, 22 Ihakara St, Paraparaumu for all your puncture repairs and replacement tyres. Kudos to you Glenn!
h.wow what wonderful service, called 5 past 5 on a Friday evening .Not only did the store stay open for me to arrive but fixed my Tyre straight away while i waited a big thank you from Natural Habitats to get me back on the road assume work
