A big thank you to Blair & the team for going the extra mile for our daughter Chelsea on New Year's Eve. She was heading to the Coromandel but ended up with a puncture on SH2. After a call to Blair he gave her 2 numbers to try closer to her location, 1 was closed the other told her they close at 3pm & didn't seem too interested in helping her. Blair then told her he will stay open for her to get the tyre sorted even though he also closed at 3pm, this being mid afternoon on New Year's Eve at least a 30 min drive away. Blair got her back on the road, his comment " we definitely wouldn't leave her stranded " summed up what a good man Blair is !!! We cannot recommend this business highly enough whether you are a local or passing through Pukekohe. Thanks again Blair for your kindness & excellent service. Cheers Gina & Rex Cosgrove Invercargill

Awesome Tyre Shop. Bridgestone met and exceed my expectations. Staff were friendly, knowledge and helpful. Place was clean, welcoming and relaxing (have a hot drink while you wait). The team worked well together, helping each other, even with the new guy on the team (and late in the day) corners were not cut. What exceeded my expectations is they found and pumped up my Spare Tyre, which i did not know I had (Toyota Ipsum, it is a space saver in the center of the car underneath. Accessed by undoing bolt on the floor behind left passage door). Job was done quickly, in and out in under 30 minutes. Excellent experience, would come in the future for my tyre needs.

Absolute lifesavers. Amazing service. Unbeatable prices. And just great guys. At VTNZ and realised I had a flat tyre. Walked over and asked for help. The boys swapped my spare (for free). And by the time I came back from my VTNZ appointment had fixed my puncture. I just wish this was my local store. Thanks guys. You turned an absolute s#*t day into the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time 😁

A big shout out to Blair Rientjes of Bridgestone for going above and beyond. Long story short, I need 2 new tires for my camper, but supply chain issues mean the ones I need are currently scarce and couldn't be sourced until Tuesday earliest. Seeing my disappointment at the idea of not moving on for that long, he called around 4 competitors and I am now siting at one of them getting back on the road this arvo. When I realized Blair was missing out on the sale, I tried to at least pay him for the work he'd already done. He wouldn't take a penny off me. Thanks Blair and Bridgestone!

Really impressed. The gentleman who checked my tyre on arrival said that there was every chance it could be repaired rather than replaced - the price difference was $35 vs $200! He suggested I return in 75 minutes. When I got back another staff member assisted - he was also excellent. Polite, kept me informed, returned the car to the front door. Great service throughout. Will definitely return. Thanks lads.

So I recently bought a set of Bridgestone Ecopia tyres at $250 each about $60 more than Korean Hankooks and other cheaper tyres. I am so glad that I made that decision the Ecopia tyres are getting me about 7% better gas consumption. I have tested them now for a couple of thousand km's and the savings are real compared with the Bridgestone Potenza tyres I had before. This means that over the life of the tyres they will ultimately cover their own costs compared with regular tyres. Thus making them cost neutral in a way. The service at Bridgestone was spot on. When my wife's car needs tyres guess what we are fitting.
