May and Steve really strive to accommodate every customer and are excited to serve their clientele. May’s quite a colourful personality and friendly in a way rarely found in the sector. Tyre pricing was the best I’d found in the area and the turnaround time was excellent!

Called in to see if they had my battery, the guy was super helpful, they didn’t but recommended another option of battery and was happy to install straight away. Great job, recommend

May has the most incredible service! She is an absolute super star and helped us out with a puncture today that turned out to be a crack in our mag wheel. She even checked the vehicle over for us as we were traveling and even though she was really busy she did so with a smile. Thanks so much for all your help! The best experience ever! :)

Fantastic service! Went in to get two tyres changed, they found the best priced tyres they could and worked hard to get me the best deal. Then after the banking system went down they even drove me to the bank to sort out payment! Above and beyond service and a great team. Highly recommend! Thanks guys.

May was absolutely fantastic at beaurepairs Queenstown. Called her first thing Saturday morning and she told me to come in an hour later. Within 20 mins I had a fresh set of tyres and a full service done. She was so effecient and amazing. I will be back for all my tyre needs! Thank you May!!

Had a flat Tyre and was late for dinner. Came in in a right tizzy and May was the lady there and she was so helpful and quick! Sorted it in no time and good as new. 10/10 service!

I had a not so great experience using Beaurepaires, mainly because I was promised that a certain sized tyre would arrive overnight but in reality would take a few days which was not ideal for the situation. There was a breakdown in communication between the call centre, distribution and the store and no one knew exactly what was happening. I have now talked to a national manager who has assured me training will be implemented and this should never happen again. I'm happy enough now but make sure you double check that they have the right tyres and they will arrive as promised.

Steve was really helpful, informative and provided great customer service. I highly recommend and will be going back again myself.

I dropped in today to see if I could get advice about a battery. Kurt was fantastic. He was unable to help with my problem himself but called on other local businesses to help me and got it sorted - he didn’t have to but he did. Excellent service. I understand that Kurt is leaving this store in a couple of weeks - what a huge loss for this business. I hope Beaurepaires know what they are losing. Thanks Kurt.

The mechanic we had booked into to check out our van cancelled last minute, being a bank holiday all other places were closed but the amazing staff at Beaurepaires said that they will have a look at our van to make sure it was safe to drive as we had to get back to Christchurch. Kurt had a look and did what he could despite it not being a tyre or battery issue. Very grateful for the phenomenal service and peace of mind, got us out between a rock and a hard place! Thank you

This review could easily have gone one of two ways due to a mishap at the time of booking. We booked online to get two new tyres fitted to our car, appointment made for a Tuesday knowing that we had a trip out of town leaving early Friday am. On arrival to drop the car off the manager in store had no notice of our booking, (money had been taken and we had received our invoice though). I phoned customer services who said they wouldn't be able to get the tyres for 4 working days. Long story short, Curt in store had already organized to have some fast tracked down for me from Timaru.. so here I am sitting in my car on Tuesday (24 hours later!) one very happy customer. Queenstown isn't usually known for customer service but this just proves there are still people out there willing to go the extra mile. Because of Curt I have left happy, I will return as a customer, and I will recommend to others . Thank you!

The team at Beaurepairs were awesome to deal with. They beat the previous pricing I had received plus made delivering and picking up the car very easy. I would highly recommend to anyone needing new tyres.to go to Beaurepaires.

Leonardo and his team did a really excellent job. I have a Tesla Model S, and Leo went out of his way to get the correct tyres, and he went out of his way to do a perfect 4 wheel alignment, which is notoriously difficult on this model car. He really looked after my car and provided my car with a great service. Very nice guy, working with an excellent team.

Amazing fast service and great friendly staff, had a slow puncture so I left my car there in the morning, and they repaired it, offered to pick me up to collect the car afterwards and when I went to pay he didn’t charge me! Legend! Thanks so much, highly recommend.

Hayden gave us excellent advice, tried his best to help us out, and even gave us his card and offered us a place to park at his farm if we had anymore issues. I rung Beaurepaires about getting a new tyre, which they ordered for me straight away! Extremely efficient and Leonardo and his co-workers were very helpful with keeping me updated on the status of my car. If I ever need a new tyre or a wheel alignment I'd 100% call Beaurepaires first!

I have been to this branch twice over the last 2 years and this week purchased 4 new tyres for my Outlander. I timed it so while visiting Queenstown for work I could avail myself to Haydens amazing service. Quickest tyre change I have ever had and received some maintenance advise for the longevity of my purchase. Some of the other branches could learn a lot from this one!. What a great bunch of guys in this team.

I desperately needed my tyres replaced - these guys got me down here in 30 minutes and got the job done in 15. The efficiency is impeccable. Most of us in Queenstown are extremely time sensitive and our shift times don't really do justice to making appointment times. These guys understand that and are very flexible. When it comes to prices, Beaurepairs will always have options for you ranging from low to high - the team will relate to your situation and offer something completely reasonable. I would personally recommend Hayden - such a legend! Cool, calm and gets the job done! 👌🏽💯

Good service here. Had to courier tyres up from Invercargill. Were on the vehicle in 3/4 of an hour well done.

Best place in town if anything is wrong with your tyres, battery, oil or whatever! Hayden is a legend, ordered the best and cheapest stuff for me, gave me discounts and even checked my oil without asking questions. 12/10 because 10 is not enough.

A few years back, Beaurepaires Queenstown would be my last option to look for tires as I really didn't like their customer service. Well, last week I need a new tyre for my car and I made a quote over the phone with a few different companies in Queenstown, and the guy that served me, Leonardo, did such an amazing job outsourcing the tyre, calling me back, then replacing the tyre... All that I can say is that the customer service that I received at this time changed my perception of the business, and if I need tires again I will definitely call them first.

They were very efficient. Got straight on with replacing the front tyres on our motorhome. They offered coffee and provided lovely new magazines for us while we waited.

Excellent customer service from this place staff are friendly and offer good advice and very prompt turn around times. Would highly recommend been twice in the last year and both times been very happy.
