S.Guys were 15 minutes off closing on a Saturday of a long weekend but still happy as to sort out our trailer's puncture. Proper life saver as we were from out of town. Legends. Went to pay and he didn't even want to charge us. Highly recommend.

B.One Saturday two weeks ago, I was not that lucky and got one of my 7-seat car tyres flat. It's nearly 3 pm and the two workshops I went to were closed.
So I tried to call Tyre Works Mega and surprisingly one guy answered the phone and agreed to wait for me.
It took me about twenty minutes to find the workshop because I have no sense of direction. Luckily, one guy was still over there and got my trouble sorted out shortly.
Also the guy gave me a smile when I appreciated his efficiency.
I remembered the guy and he was Anthony. He should have gone back home and really really helped me that day.
Yeah, so highly recommend Tyre Works Mega. Awesome kiwi style.

M.Friendly, kind and compassionate staff. Can't recommend more. I ended up there today after a wee accident saw me spinning out and hitting a bank. All 3 staff there were quick to help sort me out. They had my front tyre reinflated and put back, the other affected tyre checked, air in the other 2 tyres and a wheel alignment all sorted within 30 minutes.
F.I see why this place is reviewed so highly. Excellent service, I will definitely be returning here whenever I need replacement tyres. I've already recommended this place to family and friends, I don't know or care what their prices are (I'm sure it's reasonable) because their service makes it 100% worth it. Keep up the great work team! I love to support local businesses like this who care about their customers.
D.Great service! I came in for a wheel alignment, rotation, and balancing. They checked the alignment and I was advised it was doing alright so just proceeded with the rotation and balancing which came out really good.
They do examine your vehicle first before doing the service and see if you really needed it.

P.Pono's service was friendly and fun.
She checked the pressure in all tyres, even tho i only bought two. She shared knowledge on what the air pressure should be, and when i expressed concerns for my car, she shared that getting a wheel alignment would be a safe and great idea.
She shared the importance of keeping an eye on your vehicle tyres and insuring my car is always road safety.
I was happy with the price of the tyres and loved that they had laybuy and afterpay on offer for payment.

Car came of a little worse for ware, but the guys at Tyre Works Mega sorted the flat Tyre and did an alignment so as to get car back on road, and they didn't charge her🤩. M.Wow what a team! We pulled up at 1.50pm on a Saturday with dodgy front tyres having travelled from Auckland. They were ready to close but saw the dangerous condition they were in. A.After giving these guys another go on one of our company fleet vehicles - I was slightly disappointed. Service, price and efficiently were great. Vehicle ride was average after Tyre fitment. Cold Tyre pressures were 46,43,38,40.
Would at least expect some concistancy. You would like to think after having tyres fitted the tech took the time to measure the pressure with some accuracy being a the shop and all.

이.My fisrt review for over 10years on google. Best tyreplace in my lifetime. I just walked in the place to replace old tyres without a booking and they replaced it straight away. I misunderstood the price because of the size of tyres, they gave me $80 discount. I wish I live in this area then I come back again for next one.

A.I went in with my hiace van, I had a vibration in my steering and my van shook. I asked for my front wheels to be re balanced and to check all my tyre pressures. Turns out both front tyres were out of balance so they fixed it up for me quickly and checked my pressures. My van glides so smoothly now, thanks for a great job and it was only 20 bucks, highly recommended company, I will be back again!
