M.My first visit at Tony's Tyre Service Rotorua was flawless! We had been driving on a trip to Rotorua when I noticed a tyre was damaged. I immediately went to see them, they quickly assessed the problem. The required replacement tyres were not in stock, however amazingly they placed an order and gave me an appointment first thing the very next morning! Thanks to the team at Tony's Tyre Service Rotorua we were able to drive back home safely, thank you!
S.I completely forgot I had tyre cover from getting my tyres done previously. My tyre had a crack close to the tyre wall and was covered. It was amazing news that it was covered and didn't have to pay right out for a new tyre. The gentleman that dealt with me was lovely aslo and gave amazing customer service. I knew all them years ago tonys tyres was the place to go. Also, they got me in on the same day. No fuss or Hassle. It has totally made my monday. Thank you

Certainly not the standard of buisseness practice and model set out by Tonys Tyres many years ago
Insults the intelligence to go in for old fashioned service then to be hit with upsells in thinking your wanted to return based on good service practices, quality of product and friendly team practices rather than a need to go back based on shelling out $240 odd dollars for 5 wheel alignments
A bit more tact, less eagerness and subtle greed would go along way better in the long term rather than corporate store goal pressures

G.You guys are amazing. I had a punctured tyre; which I bought from another tyre place, that had a puncture in it. Your worker Isaac offered to fix if for free. Often people try to charge as much many as they possibly can- but you guys aren't like that. I'm definetly coming back to you guys for any help with my tires; i appreciate your excellent service. You couldn't have done better.

D.I came in on Weds 21st July with concerns about a temporary spare tyre I was driving on (we'd had a flat tyre on the way from Tauranga to Rotorua so had to use our spare). Service was really fast and the man I spoke with was really happy to help me, he listened to my concerns, did a quick check and made me feel much more confident driving on the tyre. Which was a relief for this nervous mum (after experiencing one flat tyre with a toddler I wasn't keen for a repeat!). A++ service. Thank you!

I had the warrant check from hell.I have been to 4 different places to get quotes for the work only to get outrageous quotes for the same work the worst being 4500.00.The team at Rotorua were very courteous and quoted the work at a fair price which was carried out effectively.I work nights and have to drag myself during the days.The team was very patient with me being late and still managed to squeeze me in..A courtesy driver was provided.Coffee and so i consider the service excellent and after my experience will be getting my van repaired there too.I would definitely recommend Tonys tyres Rotorua as the place to go in Rotorua at this time for fair prices

l.I came into the store a week ago, I had just come up from taranaki visiting family before I new it had a puncture a screw was in my tyre😰 my 1 tyre alone costed 290 which I didn't have I could only afford 170 of it but at tony's tyres in Rotorua located on fairy springs these boys took care of me they were understanding helpful bunch of blokes🥰 by no time I was back on the road thank yous so much for helping me n my young daughter get back to taranaki safely 💯💯💯

T.Great speedy service but definitely don't appreciate trying to be talking into buying 4 new tyres before you even hear what I'm in store for, then almost arguing the point as to why I NEED to purchase all 4 before assuring us you can't drop your price at all before offering 2 tyres for only $70 more more than 1... Happy with the speedy service but not much else!!
