Fantastic service, they had all the tyres I needed for my Ute. Coopers Tyre brand which they supply is possibly the best Tyre brand I have ever used. 90,000km out of one set. High value products, awesome service, exelent customer interactions, felt right at home while they did the work on my Ute.

Phoned to book a wheel alignment and was fitted in the same day. I was advised that the 'noise' coming from my front tyres was actually a wheel bearing issue. I was given a quote to have this repaired and the alignment which I still wanted done. The quote was very acceptable and I was booked in to have this done two days later as bearing had to be procured. The job was done in good time and the price was as quoted. Great service and very nice people to deal with. Would recommend and will certainly let my friends and family know.

Dave and his team are very knowledgeable. Always willing to give you good sound advice without ripping you off. I went in with my son with his first car thining he only needed 1 tyre. Dave jacked it up and then proceeded to show us that all 4 tyres had perished side walls and cracks hidden in the treads. Dave then spent the time showing and explaining the dangers of bad tyres. Dave sat down with my son and went through his budget and best tyres for his purpose, we left with 4 brand new tyre and a awesome spare and no loans or HP's and most importantly educational advice on safety and caring for his tyre. Great service Dave, keep it up.

Great service. I had a slightly non standard issue. They repaired my munted rim and sourced a specific tyre within days. All of the staff I dealt with were positive and professional and the price was very reasonable. You don’t experience this level of customer service often in NZ.

All new tires changed pretty fast and promptly. I had requested that they put the new tires onto some rims I had brung in and they did that no problems + putting it onto my car + balancing. Would highly recommend this company to anyone, parking is very limited when busy otherwise a very good bunch! Thanks team. Will be back with my other cars. They do not try and talk you into buying anything else which is good as most tire places would try and charge for irrelevant items. Thanks team

The team at professional tyres fitted me in for an urgent tyre repair (close to 5pm).. The service was honest, fast and very affordable. I decided to revisit for a wheel alignment (2 × cars) at a later date. Great professional fast service. Tidy workshop. Good value for money. I am so impressed by the team here. I had a flat tyre this morning and after ringing around to see who could help, Dave was the first to offer to send out one of his guys to help me out. Within about 10-15 minutes the lovely young man (didn't get his name!) found me in the Bunnings car park, put in my spare tyre and I followed him to their shop. A short wait later my flat tyre was fixed for a very reasonable price (luckily didn't need it replaced which saved me $$). And the shop looked busy too so I truly appreciate that you could fit me in. Thank you so much for your top class customer service and the quick turnaround. Will definitely be back to support your great local business, and I recommend everyone else does too. Keep it up team.

Very happy with the work carried out on my vehicle. well priced ,quick and efficient. Nice environment also and I had my 2 children with Me which was somewhat relaxing ,alot of places you go make it more of a hassle than it needs to be.would definitely recommend and am definitely making professional tyres my go-to.

Good friendly service, very happy about work done. We had Clutch work done on a Suzuki Sport....originally the Clutch was slipping, needing the usual Clutch kit job, on returning the car was had to get into gear and this problem got worse over the coming weeks. The boys took the car back dropped the box etc, had the flywheel remachined, put it back together, still the problem of changing gears was still there. After a discussion with the The Gearbox Factory they dropped the box again, and checked for ware on the clutch fork, and thats where the problem was....all sorted now runs brilliantly, all this additional work was not charged for, the boys stood by their warranty, many thanks guys, happy to recommend your work anytime.👍
