J.Amazing customer service from your staff member Brad :) posted on Facebook as I was in need of help and he commented saying he would help and to pop in. Was friendly and attentive from start to finish. Gave me a good price on tyres + wheel alignment before a big drive to Auckland and left me leaving assured I was safe in my car. And gave me a message afterwards even making sure I made it to Auckland safe and was happy with my tyres. Will definitely be back and recommending to all.
D.My daughter had really shabby service at Beaurepairs 384 New North Rd branch where she went in for a new tyre replacement as she hit the curb and popped the old one. As a uni student, we have always guided her in the maintenance...but as we live in Tauranga could only suggest where to go in confidence. Well it seemed that the sale took priority over the safety of the customer, as they put a brand new tyre on a really badly bent rim. She traveled back to Tauranga like this. We went and purchased a second hand rim from the Wreckers and took it to Tauranga Beaurepairs, who were as horrified as I was. They changed the rims and tyres and the service here in Tauranga was excellent as it always has been with us. Thank you for helping us out Beaurepairs Tauranga. Five star service.

They 2x guys repaired our tyre straight away as we were all running late for an appointment, fixed on the spot, offered us all coffee and were an absolute pleasure to deal with..
